    Abstract

    Tujuan dari penyusunan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk menghasilkan Lower Slide dan Lead Screw Nut mesin bubut sinway dan menghitung waktu serta biaya yang dibutuhkan. Material yang digunakan untuk pembuatan Lower Slide adalah S45C dan Kuningan untuk Lead Screw Nut. Proses pemesinan untuk pembuatan Lower Slide dan Lead Screw Nut yaitu proses bubut manual, proses frais manual dan proses Bor. Secara teoritis total waktu yang dibutuhkan adalah 8,8 jam dan biaya produksi sebesar Rp. 1.281.675,00

    MAKING LOWER SLIDES AND LEAD SCREW NUTS FOR SINWAY LATHE MACHINE

    The purpose of the preparation of this Final Project is to produce the Lower Slide and Lead Screw Nut of the Sinway lathe and calculate the time and costs needed. The material used for making the Lower Slide is S45C and Brass for the Lead Screw Nut. The machining process for making the Lower Slide and Lead Screw Nut is a manual lathe process, manual milling process and drill process. Theoretically the total time needed is 8.8 hours and the production cost is Rp. 1,281,675.00
