    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sarana dan prasarana pendidikan terhadap kinerja guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode menggunakan metode verifikative dan survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model rating scale. Responden adalah 48 guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan PGRI 2 Cimahi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh bahwa sarana dan prasarana pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru yang secara parsial memiliki pengaruh dalam kategori sedang. Oleh karena itu, kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang terdapat di sekolah.;---This study aimed to determine the effect of educational facilities and infrasructure on teacher performance on teacher’s performance. The method used in this research are verifikative and survey methods. Data collection technique used questionnaire rating scale models. Respondents are 48 teachers of Vocational High School PGRI 2 Cimahi. Data were analyzed using simple regression test. Based on the results of the study revealed that educational facilities an infrasructure have a positive and significant effect on teacher’s performance which partially have influence on medium category. Therefore, the teacher's performance can be improved through increasing educational facilities and infrasructure that are in school.
