Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK PGRI Ciwastra Kota Bandung. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya etos kerja guru SMK PGRI Ciwastra Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel yaitu, motivasi sebagai variabel X1, disiplin kerja guru sebagai X2, dan etos kerja guru sebagai variabel Y. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat motivasi, disiplin kerja guru dan etos kerja guru, selain itu adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja guru terhadap etos kerja guru di SMK PGRI Ciwastra Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan model skala likert. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi ganda. Ukuran populasi sebanyak 35 responden yaitu seluruh guru di SMK PGRI Ciwastra Kota Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan gambaran motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan etos kerja guru pada kategori sedang. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap etos kerja guru.;---This research was conducted in PGRI Ciwastra Vocational High School Bandung City. The problem studied in this research is not yet optimal work ethos of teachers at PGRI Ciwastra Vocational High School Bandung City. This research consist of three variable that is, motivation as X1 variable, teacher work discipline as X2 variable, and teacher’s work ethic as Y variable. The purpose of this research is to know the description of motivation level, work discipline, and teacher’s work ethic, to find out how much influence the motivation and discipline of teacher’s work ethic in PGRI Ciwastra Vocational High School Bandung City. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Data collection techniques used questionnaires with Likert scale model. Data were analyzed using multiple regression. The size of the population as much as 35 respondents are the all teacher in PGRI Ciwastra Vocational High School Bandung City. Based on the analysis results obtained motivation, work discipline, and teacher’s work ethic are in the category medium. Hypothesis test results obtained motivation and teacher work discipline influence on teacher’s work ethic.
