Abstract

memukul adalah bagian terpenting dalam permainan softball, masih banyak anak yang sangat kesulitan untuk melakukan gerakan memukul maka dari itu peneliti akan mencoba meneliti keterampilan memukul siswa dengan alat modifikasi, seperti pengalaman yang sudah dialami peneliti bahawa masih banyak siswa yang tidak memahami zona strike dalam memukul dan belum paham cara memukul bola dengan baik. Maka dari itu Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari media alat bantu pembelajaran yaitu batting tee terhadap hasil belajar memukul dalam permainan softball. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Sampel yang digunakan adalah siswa laki-laki yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakulikuler di SMAN 4 CIMAHI. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Instrument dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan tes produktivitas hitting menggunakan tes tpitching macine. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari pembelajaran memukul menggunakan media alat bantu batting tee yang sudah di modifikasi terhadap hasil memukul dalam permainan softball. Terdapat peningkatan sebesar 6,3 % . Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Alat bantu batting tee memberikan pengaruh terhadap keterampilan memukul siswa dan dalam permainan sesungguhnya siswa jadi lebih memahami bola yang berada di zona strike serta mengetahui cara memukul bola yang benar.-----Batting is the most important part in the performance of softball, but still there are a lot of childem who feel the difficulty to get the right motion of batting and therefore the researcher will try to examine the batting skills of students with the modificated tool. In the researcher's experience, it seems like that still there are many students who have not inderstood strike zone yet when batting or the way how to hit a ball well either. Therefore the purpose of this research is to find out that the effixt of the tool which helps Icaming that is batting tee on the progress in the learning of batting in the performance of softball. The method in this research is themethod based on the experitnent, the samples used are the male students who joined the activity of extra curriculum in SMAN 4 CIMAHI. The technicue of gathering samples is to use the technique of saturated samples. The instrument in this research is using the test of the improvement of the hitting skill as using the test of the pitching machine. In this research, some effect was found out that is the significant effect when learning batting by using the helping tool batting tee which was already modificatcd, on the progress of hitting skill in the performance os softball. There was the improvement as high as 6.3%. The conclusion from this research is that the helping tool batting tee actually gives the affect on the batting skills of students become more understanding of the ball in the strike zone and get to know the way how to hit the rigt ball.
