Abstract

Purpose of this research to be analyse visitors satisfaction who have visit to Ngaprak River Adveture Kecamatan Wayanayasa Kabupaten Purwakarta through two aspects wich are important factor and performance factor.
Methods are used in this research using descriptive method and approached quantitative method using purposive sampling with Using a questionnaire to 100 visiting tourists. To find out visitor satisfaction toward the tourism product wich processed using important performance analysis (IPA).
Based on this researches, that indicate important factors are on important levels while performance factors are on sufficient good, because of both factors are make the visitor doesn’t reached the satisfaction of visiting Ngaprak River Tubing Adventure. With important performance analysis have 4 quadrants produced as a suggestion for the organization to improve the performance of tourism products from Ngaprak River Tubing Adventure Purwakarta District ----

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis masalah kepuasan pengunjung yang berkunjung ke Ngaprak River Adveture Kecamatan Wayanayasa Kabupaten Purwakarta melalui dua aspek yaitu tingkat kepentingan dan tingkat kinerja produk wisata.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada 100 pengunjung yang berkunjung. Untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan wisatawan terhadap produk wisata yang diolah menggunakan important performance analysis (IPA).
Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini, menunjukan bahwa tingkat kepentingan (importance) berada pada tingkat penting sedangkan tingkat kinerja (performance) yang berada pada tingkat cukup baik sehingga berdasarkan olahan data melalui importance performance analyis kepuasan wisatawan tidak tercapai. Melalui matriks importance performance analysis terdapat 4 kuadran yang dihasilkan sebagai saran bagi pengelola untuk memperbaiki kinerja produk wisata dari Ngaprak River Tubing Kabupaten Purwakarta
