Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai realisasi tindak tutur direktif yang digunakan oleh perawat terhadap pasien yang memiliki faktor sosial (gender dan kelompok usia) berbeda dalam pemeriksaan kesehatan di pusat kesehatan masyarakat. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap dan membandingkan tindak tutur direktif yang digunakan oleh seorang perawat terhadap beberapa pasien yang memiliki faktor sosial berbeda pada saat pemeriksaan kesehatan, serta untuk mendeskripsikan dan membandingkan bentuk perlokusi berupa tanggapan non-observance dari pasien yang memiliki faktor sosial berbeda terhadap tindak tutur direktif perawat tersebut. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam pengumpulan data, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi lapangan karena data yang digunakan berupa konversasi antara perawat dan pasien yang ditranskripsikan melalui teks. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tindak tutur direktif kategori questions dan requirements selalu hadir pada pertuturan perawat dalam interaksi pemeriksaan kesehatan. Kemudian, kehadiran tanggapan non-observance pasien dengan kategori flouting a maxim of quantity merupakan suatu yang lazim hadir dalam interaksi pemeriksaan kesehatan guna memberikan penjelasan yang mendetail untuk membantu perawat menentukan diagnosis yang tepat.---- This study examines the realization of directive speech acts which uttered by the nurse to the patient who has different social factors (gender and ages) in the medical examinations at pusat kesehatan masyarakat. The main purposes of this study are to reveal and to compare directive speech acts which uttered by the nurse to the patient who has different social factors in the medical examination and also to describe and to compare the perlocution of patients, which is non-observence respons, into the nurse directive speech acts. This study is categorized as qualitative descriptive research. Field observation technique is used in this study to collecting the data, because it is a conversation between a nurse and patient which transcribed into the text. The results of this study show that both questions and requirements-directive speech act are always exist in the medical examination interaction. Then, the existance of patient’ non-observance respons, which is flouting a maxim of quantity, is such a common interaction in medical examination because patients need to give detail information to the nurses so that they can give the right diagnosis.
