Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Swasta di Kota Bandung (Studi pada SMK Merdeka, SMK Pasundan 3 dan SMK Bina Sarana Cendikia). Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum maksimalnya mutu hasil belajar. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah metode survei. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Responden adalah guru SMK Swasta di Kota Bandung (SMK Merdeka, SMK Pasundan 3 dan SMK Bina Sarana Cendiki) sebanyak 20 responden dengan teknik sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan koefisien korelasi dari rank spearman. Berdasarkan analisis terhadap jawaban responden, diperoleh hasil bahwa hubungan kinerja guru (X) dengan mutu hasil belajar (Y) siswa termasuk kategori cukup/sedang. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan korelasi rank spearman, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa : kinerja guru memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu hasil belajar siswa.---This research was conducted at Vocational private in Bandung ( Study at SMK Merdeka, SMK Pasundan 3 and SMK Bina Sarana Cendikia). The problem studied in this research is not maximize the quality of learning outcomes. The research method used is survey method. Data collection techniques used questionnaires. Respondents are private vocational teachers in Bandung (SMK Merdeka, SMK Pasundan 3 and SMK Bina Sarana Cendikia) as many as 20 respondents with sampling technique. Data analysis technique using corellation coefficient of spearman rank. Based on the analysis of respondents’ answers, the results obtained that the relationship of teacher peformance (X) with the quality of learning outcomes (Y) students included in moderate/ moderate category. Based on the result of calculation by using rank spearman correlation, it can be concluded that: teacher peformance has positive and significant influence to the quality of student learning outcomes.
