Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan model pendidikan gerak dalam pembelajaran pola gerak dasar lokomotor untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Jatisari I Kota Garut, dengan subjek penelititan berjumlah 23 siswa kelas III. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, dengan menggunakan VI tindakan dalam III siklus. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Instrumen TGMD untuk mengukur gerak dasar lokomotor siswa dan TKJI untuk menguruk kebugaran jasmani siswa. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dan analisis data menunjukan peningkatan prosentase dari observasi awal sampai dengan siklus III tindakan II. Pada observasi awal (TGMD) prosentase penilaian praktek gerak lokomotor 51.87%, dan prosentase pada siklus III tindakan II (TGMD) sebesar 79.31%, sedangkan hasil pretest TKJI 60.43% dan hasil post tes TKJI sebesar 66.52%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pendidikan gerak melalui pembelajaran gerak dasar lokomotor dapat meningkatkan keburan jasmani siswa kelas III SD Negeri Jatisari I. -----This study aimed to apply movement education model on basic locomotor learning to increase physical fitness of student. This research was held at Jatisari I State Primary School of Garut, with the subject of the research were 23 students of class III. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research, using VI action in III cycle. The Instruments used in this study were the TGMD which used to measure the basic locomotor movement, and TKJI which used to measure the physical fitnees. Based on the results of processing and data analysis showed an increase on the percentage of the initial observation until the cycle III of action II. In the initial observation (TGMD) the percentage assessment of locomotor movement practice 51.87%, and the percentage in cycle III of action II (TGMD) amounted to 79.31%. While in the initial pretest TKJI the percentage assessment 60.43%, and the percentage in post test TKJI amounted to 66.52%. So it can be concluded that the application of movement education model through locomotor movement can improve the basic physical fitness pattern in class III SDN Jatisari I Garut.
