Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh keterlibatan pemain libero terhadap motivasi tim dalam permainan olaharaga bola voli. Motivasi yang tinggi menjadi modal dasar untuk dapat menampilkan kemampuan terbaiknya disetiap pertandingan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis ingin mengungkapkan gambaran persentase pengaruh keterlibatan pemain libero terhadap motivasi tim dalam permainan olahraga bola voli. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, dan menggunakan instrumen berupa angket. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan sampel atlet bola voli Petrokimia Gresik, Alko Bandung, PBVAL dan PBVAD sebanyak 44 orang dari setiap tim sebanyak 11 orang. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, didapatkan pengaruh keterlibatan pemain libero terhadap motivasi tim dalam permainan olahraga bola voli secara keseluruhan adalah sebesar 85,51% dan termasuk dalam kriteria sangat baik. Sementara itu, motivasi tim atlet Petrokimia Gresik sebesar 90,16% termasuk kriteria sangat baik. Untuk atlet Alko Bandung sebesar 89,97% termasuk kriteria sangat baik, untuk atlet PBVAL sebesar 85,06% termasuk kriteria sangat baik. Dan untuk atlet PBVAD sebesar 83,97% termasuk kriteria sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut peneliti memberikan saran bahwa adanya libero di tim dalam sebuah permainan olahraga bola voli dapat memberikan efek positif pada motivasi tim yang berdampak kepada hasil akhir atau prestasi yang akan diraih. ------ This study aims to know the influence of libero players' involvement to the team motivation in volleyball games. High motivation become the basic capital to display the best ability in every game. In this study, the writer wanted to express a percentage of the influence of libero players' involvement to the team motivation in volleyball sport games. The research method is descriptive method, and the instrument is questionnaire. Technique sampling of this study is purposive sampling, with the total samples of volleyball athletes Petrokimia Gresik, Alko Bandung, PBVAL and PBVAD is 44 students. Each team has 11 students as a sample. Based on the data results, the influence of the libero players involvement on team motivation in volleyball sport game is 85.51% and it is included to the very good criteria. Meanwhile, the motivation of Petrochemical Gresik athlete team is 90.16%, the criteria is very good. For athletes Alko Bandung of 89.97 % also get very good criteria. Athletes PBVAL get 85.06% which included very good criteria. And the last, athletes PBVAD of 83.97% included very good criteria. Based on these results, the writer suggests that the existence of libero in the team a sports game volleyball can give a positive effect on team motivation that impact to the final result or achievement that will be achieved.
