Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya kemampuan kerja sama siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar. Hal tersebut terlihat dari banyaknya siswa yang mengandalkan beberapa orang saja dalam mengerjakan tugas kelompok yang seharusnya dikerjakan secara bersama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model cooperative learning tipe make a match untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kerja sama siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar dan mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan kerja sama siswa kelas IV setelah diterapkannya model cooperative learning tipe make a match di sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas, dengan mengadopsi model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart dengan dua siklus. Hasil penelitian kemampuan kerja sama yang dilakukan pada siklus I sebesar 55,74%, pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan menjadi sebesar 90,46%. Hal tersebut dikarenakan pada model cooperative learning tipe make a match ini menekankan pada sikap kerja sama dan pembagian tugas yang jelas dalam kerja kelompoknya, jadi setiap siswa akan mendapatkan perannya masing-masing. Dari hasil tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa model cooperative learning tipe make a match dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kerja sama siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar.---- This research is motivated by the low ability of cooperation of fourth grade students of elementary school. It can be seen from the number of students who rely on a few people in doing group work that should be done together. This study aims to describe the implementation of learning by applying cooperative learning model type make a match to improve the ability of cooperation grade IV elementary school students and describe the improvement of the ability of cooperation of students of class IV after the implementation of cooperative learning type make a match model in primary school. The method used in this research is classroom action research, by adopting Kemmis and Mc model. Taggart with two cycles. The result of cooperative ability study conducted on the first cycle of 55.74%, in the second cycle increased to be 90.46%. This is because the model of cooperative learning type make a match emphasizes the attitude of cooperation and clear division of tasks in the group work, so each student will get their respective roles. From these results, it was concluded that cooperative learning model of type make a match can improve the cooperative ability of grade 4 students of elementary school.
