    Abstract

    Tugas Akhir ini membahas tentang pembuatan bagian pelengkap mesin bubut buatan china (knuth basic plus) yaitu alat bantu radius sederhana. Bertujuan untuk menghasilkan komponen-komponen alat bantu radius yang terdiri dari base, body, handle, dan insert holder serta untuk memperoleh gambaran nyata tentang waktu dan biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pembuatan komponen tersebut. Pembuatan alat bantu radius ini menggunakan material utama yang digunakan adalah S45C. Proses pemesinan untuk pembuatan komponen-komponen alat bantu radius meliputi: 1) proses frais; 2) proses drilling; dan 3) proses turning. Secara teoritis total waktu dan biaya produksi yang dibutuhkan adalah 16 jam 55 menit dan Rp 1.165.000,00. Biaya material yang dibutuhkan adalah Rp 115.900,00;--- This Final Project discusses the making of chinese artificial lathes complementary parts (knut basic plus) which is a simple radius aids. Aim to produce radius auxiliary components consisting of base, body, handle, and insert holder and to obtain a real picture of the time and cost required for the manufacture of the component. Making this radius aids using the main material used is S45C. The machining process for the manufacture of radius auxiliary components includes: 1) the frais process; 2) drilling process; and 3) turning process. Theoretically the total time and production cost required is 16 hours 55 minutes and Rp 1,165,000.00. Material cost required is Rp 115,900.00
