Abstract
Dewasa ini, permasalahan klasik di negeri ini belum dapat terpecahkan. Korupsi, narkoba, tawuran dan lainnya meningkat dimana-mana. Menunjukan bahwa bangsa ini mengalami dekadensi moral, salah satu upaya pencegahan yang dapat dilakukan dengan pendidikan karakter yang diterapkan di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil pendidikan karakter di SDN Kahuripan Purwakarta dilihat dari pendidikan karakter berbasis kearifan lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian studi kasus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari siswa, guru, dan kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian pola pendidikan karakter berbasis kearifan lokal maupun yang disesuaikan dengan kurikulum menggunakan pola pembiasaan terhadap murid. Hasil pendidikan karakter sendiri menunjukan sudah terlihat pada setiap indikator buku kendali. Kecuali 3 indikator yang menunjukan mulai terlihat berkembang.;---Todays classic problems in this country can not be resolved. Corruption, drugs, brawl etc more increasing everywhere. Shows that this nation is experiencing a moral decline. One of the prevention efforts that can be done is with character education applied in elementary school. This research generally aims to describe the results of character education in SDN Kahuripan Purwakarta seen from education based on local wisdom. This type of research is case study. The results of this research is needs to be revised in relation to supporting methods and learning models, conformity theme with subject matter, and Equations of teachers and students perceptions of the meaning of each of the values of local wisdom being taught. If it can be improved the character development of students will be optimal. Result is the character education outcomes show that it has been seen in every control book indicator. Unless 3 indicator indicate that it is strating to develop.
