Abstract
Permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah “Apakah terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan Cooperative Learning tipe Team Games Tournament dibandingkan dengan Cooperative Learning tipe Snowball Throwing pada Mata Pelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi”. Permasalahan khususnya yaitu 1) Apakah terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar siswa ranah kognitif aspek mengingat (C1) yang menggunakan Cooperative Learning tipe Team Games Tournament dengan siswa yang menggunakan Cooperative Learning tipe Snowball Throwing pada Mata Pelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi? 2) Apakah terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar siswa ranah kognitif aspek memahami (C2) yang menggunakan Cooperative Learning tipe Team Games Tournament dengan siswa yang menggunakan Cooperative Learning tipe Snowball Throwing pada Mata Pelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi? 3) Apakah terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar siswa ranah kognitif aspek menerapkan (C3) yang menggunakan Cooperative Learning tipe Team Games Tournament dengan siswa yang menggunakan Cooperative Learning tipe Snowball Throwing pada Mata Pelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi? Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan pretest posttest control group design. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes objektif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Laboratorium UPI Bandung. Populasi yang diambil yaitu siswa kelas VIII. Sampel yang diambil yaitu siswa kelas VIIIB dan VIIID. Berdasarkan gambaran hasil pengolahan data, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan secara umum bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan antara siswa yang menggunakan Cooperative Learning tipe Team Games Tournament dibandingkan dengan Cooperative Learning tipe Snowball Throwing. Dengan demikian Cooperative Learning tipe Team Games Tournament dapat dijadikan salah satu teknik yang membantu dalam pembelajaran sehingga pembelajaran lebih menarik dan menyenangkan. Kata Kunci: Team Games Tournament, Snowball Throwing, Hasil Belajar The main problem in this study is " Is there a significant difference in student learning outcomes using Cooperative Learning type Team Games Tournament than Cooperative Learning type Snowball Throwing Lesson on Information and Communication Technology " . Problems in particular : 1) Is there a significant difference of cognitive learning outcomes student on remembering aspect ( C1 ) using Cooperative Learning type Team Games Tournament with the type of students who use Cooperative Learning type Snowball Throwing Lesson on Information and Communication Technology ? 2 ) Is there a significant difference of cognitive learning outcomes student on understanding aspect ( C2 ) that use Cooperative Learning type Team Games Tournament with the type of students who use of Cooperative Learning type Snowball Throwing Lesson on Information and Communication Technology ? 3 ) Is there a significant difference of cognitive learning outcomes student on applicating aspect ( C3 ) that use Cooperative Learning type Team Games Tournament with the type of students who use Cooperative Learning type Snowball Throwing Lesson on Information and Communication Technology ? The research method used was quasi-experimental with pretest- posttest control group design . The instrument used in this study is an objective test . This research was conducted in the SMP Laboratory UPI Bandung . Population taken the class VIII student . Samples taken are VIIIB and VIIID graders . Based on the description of the data processing , it can be concluded in general that there are significant differences in learning outcomes between students who use Cooperative Learning type Team Games Tournament than the Cooperative Learning type Snowball Throwing .So, Cooperative Learning type Team Games Tournament can be one technique that helps in making learning more interesting and fun learning .
