    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi Learning Obstacle yang dialami siswa SMP pada materi penyajian data berdasarkan perspektif standar soal tes PISA konten materi uncertainty and data. Analisis Learning Obstacle dilakukan melalui kajian literatur dan hasil tes Learning Obstacle dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Tes Learning Obstacle dilakukan di salah satu SMP di Jakarta dengan 100 responden yang terdiri dari kelas 7, 8, dan 9. Analisis yang lebih mendalam dari hasil tes dilakukan dengan mewawancarai beberapa orang siswa. Melalui penelitian ini karakteristik Learning Obstacle yang teridentifikasi adalah epistemological obstacle, ontogenic obstacle dan didactical obstacle. Epistemological obstacle yang teridentifikasi berkaitan dengan pengetahuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang berkaitan dengan materi penyajian data. Didactical obstacle yang teridentifikasi adalah berkaitan dengan pertanyaan penafsiran data dan urutan materi. Sedangkan ontologic obstacle yang teridentifikasi adalah berkaitan dengan kompleksitas grafik. Desain didaktis disusun dengan mempertimbangkan Learning Obstacle yang teridentifikasi dan karakteristik soal PISA. Rekomendasi penelitian selanjutnya dengan merujuk panelitin ini adalah identifikasi karakteristik Learning Obstacle berkaitan dengan konteks masalah pada soal.;---The purpose of this reasearch is to identify Learning Obstacle experienced by the students on the topic of data representation according to the perspective of PISA test content category uncertainty and data. Learning Obstacle analysed through literature review and test by a qualitative method. The test was held in a junior high school at Jakarta with 100 respondents consisted 7th, 8th and 9th grade students. A deeper analysis of the test result conducted by interviewed some students. Charateristics of Learning Obstacle which is identifed are epistemological obstacle, ontogenic obstacle, and didactical obstacle. Epistemological obstacle which is identifed related to the knowledge of the student in solving problems on occassion on data representation. Didacical obstacle which is identifed is related questions data interpretation problems and material sequence. Ontogenic obstacle which is identifed is related to graph complexity. Didactical design is built by considering Learning Obstacle and the characteristic of PISA test. Recommendation for the future research by referring this research is identification characteristic of Learning Obstacle related the context of the problem.
