    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran ketersedian Special Service Tool Pada Paket Keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan SMKN 8 Bandung sesuai berdasarkan ketersedian Special Service Tool di dunia industri jasa perawatan dan perbaikan otomotif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif untuk mengetahui ketersediaan Special Service Tool. Adapun partisipan pada penelitian ini adalah Paket Keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan di SMKN 8 Bandung. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ketersedian Special Service Tool pada paket keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan di SMKN 8 Bandung belum tercapai sesuai standar di dunia industri jasa perawatan dan perbaikan otomotif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan rata-rata persentase ketercapaian ketersediaan Special Service Tool sebesar 30,8%, yang artinya tingkat pencapaian ketersediaan Special Service Tool pada paket keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan di SMKN 8 Bandung 30,8% telah sesuai dengan standar Dunia Industri Jasa Perbaikan dan Perawatan Otomotif.;---This study aims to determine the description of the availability of Special Service Tool On Package Expertise Light Vehicle Engineering SMKN 8 Bandung according to the availability of Special Service Tool in the world of automotive maintenance and repair services industry. The research method used is the deskrivtion method to know the availability of Special Service Tool. The participants in this study is Package Expertise Light Vehicle Engineering at SMKN 8 Bandung. The result of this research is the availability of Special Service Tool on the package of Light Vehicle Engineering expertise in SMKN 8 Bandung has not been achieved according to the standard in automotive maintenance and repair service industry. This is evidenced by the average percentage attainment of availability of Special Service Tool of 30.8%, which means the level of achievement of the availability of Special Service Tool on the package of Light Vehicle Engineering expertise in SMKN 8 Bandung 30.8% has been in accordance with the World Service Industry Repair standards and Automotive Care.
