    Abstract

    Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena yang dialami oleh siswa SMA dalam meregulasi dirinya terhadap bidang karir. Oleh sebab itu permasalahan utama yang menjadi fokus kajian penelitian adalah rumusan program bimbingan kelompok seperti apa yang efektif untuk meningkatkan ¬self-regulation career siswa kelas XII. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran self-regulation siswa dan tersusunnya program bimbingan kelompok untuk meningkatkan self- regulation career pada siswa kelas XII. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara random sampling terhadap siswa kelas XII SMA Negeri 4 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1) Hampir sebagian besar siswa kelas XII Negeri 4 bandung memiliki self-regulation career yang cukup tinggi artinya siswa memiliki kemampuan dalam meregulasi dirinya dengan cukup baik dalam aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, (2) Implikasi penelitian berupa rancangan program bimbingan kelompok untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kemampuan self-regulation career.;---The research supported by the phenomena experienced by high school students in regulating themselves towards the career field. Therefore, the main problem that became the focus of research study is the formulation of what kind of group guidance program is effective to improve self-regulation career of class XII students. The purpose of this research is to know the description of student self-regulation career and the compilation of group guidance program to improve self-regulation career in grade XII students. The Sample collection is done by random sampling for students of class XII of SMA Negeri 4 Bandung of 2017/2018 academic year. The result of the research shows: (1) Almost all of XII Negeri 4 bandung students have high self-regulation career which means students have ability to regulate themselves well in planning, implementation and evaluation aspects, (2) Design of group guidance programs to develop and improve self-regulation career skills.
