Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kepuasan Pengunjung di Museum Mandala Wangsit Siliwangi melalui penilaian Pengunjung terhadap tingkat kepentingan dan tingkat kinerja produk wisata di Museum Mandala Wangsit Siliwangi. Terdapat tiga indikator produk wisata yaitu, produk inti, produk pendukung/penunjang, dan produk gabungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Penelitian ini melibatkan 100 responden menggunakan kuesioner. Untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan Pengunjung digunakan metode important performance analysis (IPA) yang menghasilkan Diagram Kartesius yang menghasikan empat kuadran dengan skala prioritas. Hasil penelitian ini, terdapat ketidakpuasan yang dirasakan Pengunjung yang berkunjung. Walaupun tingkat kinerja dari produk wisata di Museum Mandala Wangsit Siliwangi sudah baik, namun pada kenyatannya belum mencapai titik kepuasan Pengunjung dikarenakan nilai harapan Pengunjung terhadap produk wisata yang ada di Museum Mandala Wangsit Siliwangi lebih besar dibandingkan dengan nilai kinerjanya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kuadran yang paling menonjol berdasarkan persepsi wisatawan adalah kuadran C, yang artinya item-item tersebut tetap memerlukan perbaikan namun dengan prioritas rendah. Secara keseluruhan terdapat 3 kuadran yang dihasilkan dari metode (IPA) yang menjadi acuan bagi pengelola untuk dapat memperhatikan kondisi produk wisata di Museum Mandala Wangsit Siliwangi serta dapat mempertahankan kinerja dari produk wisata yang dinilai oleh Pengunjung sudah baik.;---The purpose of this research is to analyze the tourists’ satisfaction in Mandala Wangsit Siliwangi Museum through the tourists assessment on importance level and tourism product performance in Mandala Wangsit Siliwangi Museum. There are three tourism product indicator; core product, facilitating/supporting product, and augmented product. This research used descriptive method with quantitative approach which used simple Random Sampling technic. This research involve 100 respondents using questioner. To measure the toruists’ satisfaction level, using Important Performance Analysis (IPA) method which resulted four quadrants with priority scale. The result of this research there are dissatisfaction from the tourists who came. Even though the performance level from tourism product in Mandala Wangsit Siliwangi Museum already good, but in the reality, have not reach the satisfaction point because the expectation value from the tourist to Mandala Wangsit SIliwangi Museum’s tourism product are bigger than the performance value. Based from from the result of this research, there is a lot of item in Quadrant C, which means that items should have improvement but with low priority. In general there are 3 quadrants that are resulted from (IPA) method that became the manager’s reference to pay attention to tourism product’s condition in Mandala Wangsit Siiwangi Museum, also to maintain the tourism product performance that already rated good by the tourists.
