Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media latihan shooting reaction basketball berbasis PLC (programmable logic controller) dengan menggunakan LED. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode Research and Development (R&D). Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif yang tergabung dalam UKM Bolabasket UPI, yang terbiasa melakukan latihan, dan mempunyai skill shooting dalam olahraga bola basket. Sampel yang akan diambil sebanyak 5 orang dari jumlah banyaknya mahasiswa aktif yang tergabung dalam UKM Bolabasket UPI. Instrumen yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu dengan melakukan validasi oleh validator terhadap produk yang telah dibuat. Validasi ini bertujuan untuk memastikan apakah rancangan produk yang diciptakan lebih efektif atau tidak. Untuk melakukan validasi terhadap media latihan ini, maka peneliti harus mendatangkan para pakar yang terkait dalam bidang temuan atau alat yang dikembangkan. Media latihan shooting reaction ini merupakan media latihan yang dirancang dengan teknologi Programmable Logic Controller. Dalam penggunaannya, media latihan ini terdiri dari 4 ring yang diberikan LED dan buzzer serta PLC dan relay menjadi otak alat tersebut yang disambungkan menggunakan kabel. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba dengan para pakar olahraga dan teknik dengan mengisi format penilaian expert judgment, media latihan shooting reaction basketball berbasis PLC (programmable logic controller) dengan menggunakan LED ini berjalan dengan baik, dan layak untuk dikembangkan sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan oleh peneliti.------ This study aims to develop a PLC-based shooting reaction basketball training media (programmable logic controller) using LED. This research uses approaching method of Research and Development (R & D). Participants in this study are active students who are members of Basketball Srudent Activity Unit of UPI, who used to do the exercises, and have shooting skills in sports basketball. Samples to be taken as many as 5 people from the number of active students who are members of Basketball Srudent Activity Unit of UPI. Instrument used by the researcher is validated by product’s validator that have been made. This validation aims to ascertain whether the design of the products created is more effective or not. To validate the media of this exercise, the researcher must bring relevant experts in the field of inventorial or tools/product creator of this medium. Media shooting reaction exercise is an exercise medium designed with technology Programmable Logic Controller. In use, this exercise medium consists of 4 rings provided LED and buzzer and PLC and relay into the brain of the device is connected using a cable. Based on the results of trials with sports and technical experts by filling in the expert judgment judgment scheme, PLC shooting reaction basketball training (programmable logic controller) using this LED runs well, and deserves to be developed in accordance with what is expected by the researcher.
