Abstract

Kualitas layanan diciptakan agar mempengaruhi keputusan menginap di Aston Braga Hotel and Residence. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap keputusan menginap di Aston Braga Hotel and Residence. Tujuan lain dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi persepsi tamu hotel terhadap kualitas layanan di Aston Braga Hotel and Residence dan keputusan menginap ulang di Aston Braga Hotel and Residence. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data yang terkumpul dari kuesioner berupa data ordinal, data ini perlu dirubah dalam bentuk interval dan hal ini menggunakan MSI (Method Success Interval). Sedangkan untuk menentukan rentang ranking dari kuesioner, peneliti menggunakan garis kontinum. Penelitian ini menggunakan regesi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang didapat dalam penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa skor mengenai tingkat kualitas layanan berada pada kategori baik dan skor mengenai tingkat keputusan menginap juga berada dalam kategori baik. Dilihat dari besaran pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap keputusan menginap yaitu sebesar 62,5% atau dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap keputusan menginap berada pada kategori kuat.---------- Quality of service was created to influence the decision to stay at Aston Braga Hotel and Residence. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on the decision to stay at the Aston Braga Hotel and Residence. Another purpose of this study was to identify guest hotel perceptions of service quality at Aston Braga Hotel and Residence and the decision to stay at the Aston Braga Hotel and Residence. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verifikatif. The data collected from the questionnaire is ordinal data, this data needs to be changed in interval form and this is using MSI (Method Success Interval). Meanwhile, to determine the range of rank of the questionnaire, the researcher uses the continuum line. This study used simple linear regression. Based on the results of research obtained in this study, it is known that the scores on the level of service quality are in both categories and the score on the level of the decision re-stay is also in good category. Judging from the magnitude of the effect of service quality to the decision to stay that is equal to 62.5% or it can be concluded that the effect of service quality on the decision to stay in the strong category.
