Abstract

Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan metode eksperiental learning, kualitas trainer, dan kualitas materi terhadap hasil belajar peserta diklat aparatur. Kajian pustaka dalam penelitian ini diantaranya mencakup konsep Metode eksperiential learning, kualitas trainer, kualitas materi, hasil belajar dan efektivitas Pelatihan. Metodelogi penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah Peserta diklat aparatur di Balai Besar Pelatihan Pertanian Lembang. Teknik sampling menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan jumlah sample sebanyak 60 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa; 1) Penggunaan Metode Eksperiential learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta diklat Aparatur memiliki pengaruh yang cukup kuat dengan indicator yang mempengaruhi yaitu a). Pengalaman nyata b) Observasi refleksi c) Konseptulisasi d) implementasi, Observasi refleksi menjadi indicator yang paling berpengaruh 2). Pengaruh Kualitas trainer terhadap hasil belajar peserta diklat Aparatur memiliki pengaruh yang sangat kuat, dengan indikator yang mempengaruhi yaitu a). komunikasi, b). aspek Kuantitas dan kualitas materi , c). aspek Penyampaian materi, komunikasi menjadi indicator yang paling berpengaruh 3) Pengaruh kualitas materi terhadap hasil belajar peserta diklat Aparatur memilki pengaruh dengan indicator yang mempengaruhi a). Materi sesuai dengan pelatihan, b) informatif atau materi dengan keahlian baru, c). sistematika materi dan d). membangun komunikasi, Materi sesuai dengan pelatihan menjadi indicator yang paling berpengaruh 4) pengaruh Penggunaan Metode Eksperiental learning, kualitas trainer dan kuliatas materi terhadap hasil belajar peserta diklat Aparatur memilihi pengaruh sangat kuat, dengan Variabel kualitas trainer yang memberikan pengaruh lebih besar terhadap hasil belajar .---------- This study wanted to know the influence of the use of experimental methods of learning, quality trainers, and the quality of the material to the learning outcomes of apparatus training participants. Literature review in this study include the concept of methods of experiential learning, quality trainers, quality of materials, learning outcomes and effectiveness of Training. The research methodology used is a quantitative approach with correlational method. The population of the study was the apparatus training participants at the Lembang Agricultural Training Center. The sampling technique using simple random sampling technique with the sample amount of 60 people. Based on the results of the study found that; 1) The use of Experiential Learning method on the learning outcomes of trainees Apparatus participants have a fairly strong influence with the indicators that affect that is a). Real experience b) Observation of reflection c) Conceptualization d) implementation, Observation of reflection becomes the most influential indicator 2). The influence of the quality of trainers on the learning outcomes of traineeship participants has a very strong influence, with indicators that influence a). communication, b). aspects of quantity and quality of material, c). aspect Submission of materials, communication becomes the most influential indicator 3) The influence of the quality of the material on the learning outcomes of participants training Apparatus have influence with the indicators that affect a). Material in accordance with the training, b) informative or material with new skills, c). systematic material and d). build the communication, the material in accordance with the training become the most influential indicator 4) the influence of the use of Experientental Learning method, the quality of trainer and the quality of the material on the learning outcomes of the training participants Apparatus selects very strong influence, with variable quality trainer that gives more influence to the learning outcomes.
