Abstract

Salah satu masalah yang terjadi di masyarakat yaitu kebingungan memilih tempat wisata yang ada di suatu daerah tertentu. Selain itu kurangnya informasi akan membuat wisatawan menjadi kurang tepat saat memilih tempat wisata yang akan dikunjungi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat suatu sistem rekomendasi tempat wisata bagi pengguna yang kurang memiliki informasi tentang tempat wisata di daerah yang sedang dikunjungi berdasarkan kriteria yang diinginkan dengan hasil yang telah diberikan peringkat. Sistem rekomendasi merupakan sebuah teknik untuk memberikan informasi berupa saran yang sesuai kepada pengguna. Metode knowledge-based recommendation merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan data informasi tempat wisata sesuai dengan kebutuhan kriteria basis pengetahuan pengguna, kemudian dilanjutkan pembobotan dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) untuk mendapatkan keputusan peringkat pada setiap alternatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat beberapa rekomendasi tempat wisata sesuai dengan kriteria yang diinginkan pengguna. Sistem rekomendasi ini berbasis web sehingga dapat diakses dimana saja dan dapat di operasikan dengan mudah oleh pengguna.----------One of problems which happen in society is the confusion to choose tourism places in a certain region. In addition, the lack of information will make the tourist make a wrong decision to choose a place to be visited. This study is conducted to create a recommendation system of tourism places for users who has lack of information about the place which is being visited based on the selected criteria. Knowledge-based recommendation is a method which is used to gain the information data of tourism places based on the user’s need, then it is continued weighting by using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to get ranked decision on every alternative. Knowledge Based System is a system which uses knowledge set and then it is coded to machine language to conclude and do a task. AHP Method is a multi criteria method and it has a role to decide value from any criteria which will be used. Furthermore, in AHP method, it is implemented consistency test to test validity from the result. TOPSIS method is a calculation which uses a principle that chosen alternative should has nearby distance from ideal positive solution and the furthest from ideal negative solution. The result of this study suggests some tourism places which is in line with users' wants. This recommendation system is web-based so that it can be accessed everywhere and operated easily by the users.
