Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan strategi komunikasi dalam proses penyampaian pesan sosialisasi program vasektomi untuk mempersuasi suami di Kecamatan Bojongloa Kaler. 1) mengetahui bagaimana pengenalan khalayak, 2) pemilihan metode dan media komunikasi, 3) proses implementasi komunikasi, 4) tahap evaluasi dan monitoring serta melihat, 5) faktor pendukung dan penghambat program vasektomi. Penelitian ini meggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus di Kecamatan Bojongloa Kaler Kota Bandung. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan untuk penelitia ini adalah wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, studi dokumenter dan studi literatur. Untuk mengetahui validitas hasil penelitian ini data dilakukan dengan tringulasi data dan membercheck. Hasil penelitian ini para suami memberikan respon positif dalam penerimaan pesan sosialisasi program vasektomi. Untuk mencapai tujuan dalam proses presentasi persuasif sebaiknya menggunakan media yang tepat sesuai dengan informasi yang akan disampaikan. Tidak hanya itu perkembangan informasi sekarang ini menuntut agar komunikasi direncanakan dengan cermat dengan mempertimbangkan dalam membuat dan menyampaikan pesan sosialisasi. Dengan adanya tahap evaluasi dan monitoring memudahkan menentukan permasalahan yang terjadi dilapangan selama program vasektomi ini berlangsung.----------- The purpose of this study is to describe the communication strategy in the process of delivering the message of socialization of vasectomy program to persuade husband in District Bojongloa Kaler. 1) knowing how the introduction of a wider audience, 2) selection methods and communication media, 3) communication implementation, 4) stage of evaluation and monitoring, as well as seeing 5) supporting factors and a barrier to communication in the program vasectomy. This research studied the qualitative approach with case studies in district Bojongloa Kaler Bandung. Method of data collection conducted for penelitia this is an in-depth interview, observation and documentary studies, field studies literature. To find out the validity of the results of this research data is done with the tringulasi and membercheck data. The results of this research the husband gives a positive response in receipt of message dissemination program vasectomy. To achieve the goal of persuasive presentations in the process we recommend that you use the right medium in accordance with the information to be delivered. Not only that the development of this information now demanded that the carefully planned communication taking into account in making and delivering a message of socialization. With the phase of evaluation and monitoring makes it easy to determine the real problems occurred during vasectomy program takes place.
