Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas tentang pembinaan masyarakat kota Bandung melalui program magrib mengaji di masjid Al-Fithroh kecamatan Bandung kulon. Hal ini penting dilakukan sebagai langkah efektif untuk membendung budaya global dan pengaruh negatif tayangan televisi serta kemajuan teknologi informasi, jauh daripada itu dengan berkembangnya kemajuan teknologi yang begitu pesat kini nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang bernuansa religius hampir dilupakan. Oleh karena itu gerakan magrib mengaji ini sangatlah penting untuk mengembalikan identitas muslim yang kian pudar dan luntur digerus arus globalisasi. Penelitian ini menguraikan bagaimana proses pembinaan keagamaan melalui program magrib di masjid Al-Fithroh. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah medote kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini mengetahui pemahaman DKM Al-Fithroh terhadap program magrib mengaji, sumber daya yang dimiliki, prosedur pelaksanaan programmagrib mengaji, dan ketercapaian program magrib mengaji di masjid Al-Fithroh. Adapun hasil yang ditunjukan dalam penelitian ini ialah pemahaman DKM Al-Fithroh tentang program magrib mengaji telah sesuai dengan apa yang menjadi tujuan program magrib mengaji yang dikeluarkan pemerintah Kota Bandung selanjutnya dalam sumber daya yang dimiliki masjid Al-Fithroh yaitu terdapat satu orang pengajar, sarana prasarana yang sangat menunjang dan bantuan dana dari para donatur serta kas yang dimiliki masjid dalam prosedur pelaksanaan program magrib mengaji pada tahapan pertama ialah santri belajar mengenal huruf Alquran, tahap kedua yaitu menghafal surat-surat pendek (juz ‘amma), tahapan terakhir ini yaitu para santri belajar memahami kata dan terjemahan Alquran, dan terakhir ketercapaian program magrib mengaji yang telah dicapai DKM Al-Fithroh sudah tercapai dengan optimal, Kata Kunci: Baca Tulis Alquran,Kebijakan, Pembelajaran This study discusses about the development of Bandung city community through magrib program in the mosque Al-Fithrohsubdistrict Bandung kulon. This is important as an effective step to stem the global culture and the negative effects of television and information technology advances, far from that with the rapid development of technological advances now the values of local religious wisdom are almost forgotten. Therefore, the Maghrib movement to examine this is very important to restore the increasingly faded Muslim identity and faded with the current of globalization. This study describes how the process of religious development through the program of magrib at Al-Fithroh mosque. The method used in this research is meditative qualitative with data collection technique through interview, observation, and document study. The purpose of this research is to understand the understanding of DKM Al-Fithroh to the magrib program, the resources owned, the procedure of the magrib program, and the achievement of the magrib program in Al-Fithroh Mosque. The results shown in this study is the understanding of DKM Al-Fithroh about the program Magribmengaji has been in accordance with what is the goal of the program Magribmengaji issued by the government of Bandung next in the resources owned Al-Fithroh mosque that there is one lecturer, which is very supportive and funding support from the donors and cash held by the mosque in the procedure of the program of magrib study in the first stage is the students learn to know the letters of Al-Qur'ân, the second stage is memorizing short letters (juz 'amma), the last stage this is the santri learn to understand the words and translations of the Qur'ân, and the final achievement of the program magribmengaji achieved DKM Al-Fithroh has been achieved optimally Keywords :Reading Writing.
