    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pemanfaatan Situ Bagendit pada materi ekosistem terhadap literasi lingkungan siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan desain penelitian menggunakan The Matching Only-Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. Pada desain ini dilakukan pretes terlebih dahulu pada kedua kelompok. Kelompok eksperimen, yaitu kelompok yang memanfaatkan Situ Bagendit dalam pembelajaran kooperatif learning tipe investigasi kelompok dengan praktikum langsung ke ekosistem Situ Bagendit, sedangkan untuk kelas kontrol tidak melaksanakan praktikum langsung ke ekosistem Situ Bagendit. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu instrumen yang diadaptasi dari Middle School Environmental Literacy Survey (MSELS) dan divalidasi. Level awal literasi lingkungan kelompok kontrol & eksperimen berada pada kategori sedang. Peningkatan kemampuan literasi lingkungan siswa kelompok kontrol termasuk sedang dan kelompok eksperimen termasuk tinggi, peningkatan literasi lingkungan kelompok kontrol dan eksperimen berbeda secara signifikan. Level literasi kelompok kontrol setelah implementasi pemanfaatan Situ Bagendit berada pada level sedang dan kelompok eksperimen berada pada level tinggi,

    The purpose of this research is to study the utilization of Bagendit on the subject of the ecosystem towards the environmental literacy of student. The method of this research used to quash experiment which the design is the matching only-pretest posttest control group design firstly, pretest is done in this research to the both groups. The group of experiment which utilizes the Bagendit lake in the learning cooperative type of group investigation into direct research in the ecosystem of Bagendit lake, while the group of control don’t practice to the Bagendit lake directly. The research instrument used the adapted instrument from the Middle School Environmental Literacy Survey (MSELS) and is validated. In the beginning level of the environmental literacy group control and experiment are in the medium category. The capability improvement on the environmental literacy student of group control is in medium level and for group experiment is in high category. The improvement on the environmental literacy group control and group experiments are different significantly. The level of the environmental literacy of group control after implementing the utilization of Bagendit Lake is in medium level and the group experiment is the high level
