    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tidak adanya hubungan keterkaitan
    secara positif antar anggota
    kelompok
    belajar, mengingat kelompok belajar harus
    mengutamakan kesatuan
    dan produktivitas kelompok yang bertujuan untuk
    mengefektivitaskan pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran.
    Sebagai upaya unuk
    mengatasi permasalahan tersebut,
    peneliti menerapkan model
    cooperative
    learning
    tipe STAD (student team avhievement division) yang terdiri dari empat
    tahapan yaitu, tahap pengajaran, tahap tim studi, tahap tes dan tahap rekognisi.
    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah
    untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran
    dengan penerapan model
    cooperative learning
    tipe STAD untuk meningkatkan
    positive interdependence
    siswa dalam kelompok belajar
    dan mendeskripsikan
    peningkatan
    positive interdependence
    dengan penerapan model
    cooperative
    learning
    tipe STAD. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV B di salah
    satu SDN Kota Bandung dengan jumlah 23 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan
    metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kemmis dan MC. Taggart,
    dengan pelaksanaan dua
    siklus. Teknik pengol
    ahan data pada penelitian ini
    menggunakan analisis data kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian yang
    diperoleh pada siklus I sebesar 62,96% dan meningkat pada siklus II sebesar
    94,07%, sehingga model
    cooperative learning
    tipe STAD berhasil meningkatkan
    positive interdependence
    siswa dalam kelompok belajar.

    This research was originated from the absence of positive correlation among group members of study, considering that the learning groups should prioritize the unity and productivity of which aims at the effectiveness of the achievement of learning objectives. As an effort to overcome this problems, the researcher implemented cooperative learning model type STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) that covered four stages, namely teaching stage, study team stage, test phase and recognition stage. The aims of this study were to describe the implementation of cooperative learning model type STAD to improve positive interdependence of the students in learning groups and to elaborate the improvement of interdependence with the implementation of cooperative learning model type STAD. One class of IVB in one public Elementary School in Bandung was involved as the subjects of the study. This study was also employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) by adapting the model of Kemmis and McTaggart which divided into two cycles. The data were analyzed by using qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of the research in the first cycle was 62,96% and increased in the second cycle into 94,07%. As the conclusion, the cooperative learning model type STAD has successfully improved the positive interdependence of the students in the learning group.
