Abstract
Internalisasi program Adiwiyata sangat diperlukan untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai, norma dan prilaku masyarakat dalam pembelajaran di sekolah yang menitik beratkan kepada berbudaya lingkungan. Internalisasi program Adiwiyata harus dimiliki oleh sekolah Adiwiyata mandiri yang memiliki visi dan misi sebagai pusat perhatian lingkungan sekolah yang akan melakukan pengembangan sekolah model/percontohan bagi sekolah binaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan internalisasi program adiwiyata oleh sekolah adiwiyata mandiri ke sekolah binaan di Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengambilan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, display data, dan penarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) proses internalisasi program adiwiyata oleh sekolah adiwiyata mandiri ke sekolah binaan melalui sosialisasi, pendampingan, bimbingan teknis, pengembangan sekolah model/percontohan, monitoring dan evaluasi dan melaporkan hasil pembinaan. (2) Implementasi kebijakan sekolah Adiwiyata sudah memasukkan perspektif lingkungan dalam visi dan misi sekolah.(3) pengelolaan sarana prasarana ramah lingkungan sekolah Adiwiyata Mandiri di sekolah binaan telah memanfaatkan air bekas untuk memelihara ikan, (4) kurikulum dan kebijakan sekolah adiwiyata mandiri dalam menginternalisasi ke sekolah binaan sudah terintegrasi ke dalam mata pelajaran lingkungan hidup, (5) parstisipasi warga sekolah adiwiyata mandiri ke sekolah binaan dalam bentuk pengelolaan taman, pembuatan biopori, komposter dan kreativitas warga sekolah dalam memanfaatkan limbah plastik. Kata kunci: Internalisasi Program Adiwiyata, Sekolah Adiwiyata Mandiri. ABSTRACT Internalization of Adiwiyata program is very necessary to instill the values, norms and behavior of the community in learning in schools that focuses on the cultured environment. Internalization of Adiwiyata program must be owned by Adiwiyata Mandiri School which has vision and mission as the center of school environment that will develop model school / pilot for the target schools. This study aims to descriptive internalizion of adiwiyata program by school adiwiyata mandiri to school targeted in Tangerang City. This research uses qualitative approach. Data collection using interview technique, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the research indicate that: (1) the internalization process of the adiwiyata program by independent adiwiyata schools to the target schools through socialization, mentoring, technical guidance, model / pilot model development, monitoring and evaluation and reporting of coaching results. (2) implementation of Adiwiyata school policy has incorporated environmental perspective in school vision and mission (3) management of environmentally friendly school infrastructure of Adiwiyata Mandiri school in the target schools has utilized waste water for maintaining fish, (4) curriculum and independent adiwiyata school policy in internalizing (5) the participation of independent adiwiyata students to the target schools in the form of park management, biopori production, composter and creativity of school residents in utilizing plastic waste.
