Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan proses ujicoba terhadap program Teaching Pyramid Model berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013 PAUD (TPM Kurikulum 2013 PAUD) sebagai salah satu model yang diasumsikan dapat mengembangkan karakter dasar pada anak. Adapun yang menjadi fokus dalam penelitian ini yaitu tentang identifikasi perubahan sikap anak. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan, mengidentifikasi serta menganalisis perubahan sikap anak dalam penerapan program TPM Kurikulum 2013 PAUD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Penelitian dilaksanakan di TK Yayasan Amal Keluarga dan TK Tunas Harapan, dengan partisipan dua orang kepala sekolah, empat orang guru dan 37 orang anak. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, catatan harian guru, catatan observasi dan catatan refleksi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah tematik analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bagaimana perubahan sikap anak setelah diterapkan TPM Kurikulum 2013 PAUD beserta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Dari temuan-temuan data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa perubahan sikap anak yang paling dominan tampak adalah sikap disiplin, mandiri dan juga munculnya ambivalen sikap baik penerimaan serta penolakan dalam penerapan program pada anak di kedua TK. Perubahan sikap disebabkan oleh faktor desain lingkungan yang suportif, kesesuaian guru dalam menerapkan langkah-langkah yang sesuai dengan pedoman, serta adanya pemberian penguatan dan ancaman (reinforce dan punishment) dari guru. Adapun beberapa rekomendasi yang diberikan diantaranya bahwa TPM Kurikulum 2013 PAUD dapat dijadikan salah satu alternatif model yang dapat membantu mengembangkan sikap disiplin dan mandiri namun efektivitas keberhasilannya ditentukan oleh langkah teknis yang sesuai dengan prosedur.-------------- This study is conducted regarding to the trial process of teaching pyramid model program based on 2013 curriculum of preschool (TPM 2013 curriculum of preschool) as one of models which are assumed can develop children’s basic characters. It focuses on identifying of children’s behavior changing. The aims of this study are to describe, identify, and analyze children’s behavior changing in the applied of program of TPM 2013 curriculum of preschool. Qualitative-case study is the method that is used in this study. It was conducted in Yayasan Amal Keluarga and Tunas Harapan kindergartens, which the participants were two headmasters, four teachers and 37 students. The data collection instruments include interview, teachers’ journals, observation data, and reflection data. It uses analysis thematic as data analysis technique. The study results show children’s behavior changing after the applied of TPM 2013 curriculum of preschool, and the influenced factors. From the data collected, it is concluded that children’s behavior changing which most dominant seen is discipline, independent behaviors and also ambivalent attitude of both acceptance and rejection in the implementation of programs for children. It is resulted by supportive environment design factor, teachers’ relevance in applying several steps regarding to the guidelines, furthermore there are reinforcement and punishment from the teacher. There are several recommendations which are given for example TPM 2013 curriculum of preschool can be an alternative model that can support the teachers to develop discipline and independent behaviors however the effectiveness of the success depends on the technical steps which are suitable with the procedures.
