Abstract
Kesiapan diartikan sebagai keseluruhan kondisi seseorang yang membuatnya siap untuk memberikan respon didalam cara tertentu terhadap cara tertentu. Beberapa faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan seseorang dari sudut pandang internal adalah internal locus of control dan motivasi. Penelitian ini menggambarkan bagaimana pengaruh internal locus of control dan motivasi belajar terhadap kesiapan siswa kelas XI Teknik Gambar Bangunan SMK PU Negeri Bandung melaksanakan praktik kerja industri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk 1) mengetahui gambaran umum internal locus of control siswa kelas XI TGB SMK PU N Bandung, 2) mengetahui gambaran umum motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI TGB SMK PU N Bandung, 3) mengetahui gambaran umum kesiapan siswa kelas XI TGB SMK PU N Bandung melaksanakan praktik kerja industri, 4) mengetahui pengaruh internal locus of control terhadap kesiapan siswa kelas XI TGB SMK PU N Bandung melaksanakan praktik kerja industri, 5) mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap kesiapan siswa kelas XI TGB SMK PU N Bandung melaksanakan praktik kerja industri, dan 6) mengetahui pengaruh internal locus of control dan motivasi belajar secara bersamaan terhadap kesiapan siswa kelas XI TGB SMK PU N Bandung melaksanakan praktik kerja industri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendepatan kuantitatif, serta menggunakan teknik analisis data tipe statistik parametrik. Sampel yang digunakan adalah tipe sampel jenuh yaitu siswa kelas XI TGB SMK PU N Bandung 2016/2017. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah melalui penyebaran angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan gambaran umum internal locus of control siswa kelas XI TGB SMK PU N Bandung tergolong tinggi, gambaran umum motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI TGB SMK PU N Bandung tergolong tinggi, dan gambaran umum kesiapan siswa kelas XI TGB SMK PU N Bandung melaksanakan praktik kerja industri tergolong tinggi pula. Sedangkan untuk pengaruh internal locus of control dan motivasi belajar terhadap kesiapan siswa kelas XI TGB SMK PU N Bandung melaksanakan praktik kerja industri baik secara individu atau simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Kata Kunci : Kesiapan, Praktik Kerja Industri, Internal Locus of Control, dan Motivasi Belajar ABSTRACT Readiness is defined as the overall condition of a person that assures him or her prepared to deliver responses in a particular manner towards a certain way. Some factors that affect someone's readiness from internal point of view are internal locus of control and motivation. This study describes how the internal influence of locus of control and learning motivation on the students’ readiness of class XI Building Construction Engineering SMK PU Negeri Bandung during the implementation of industrial work practices. The purpose of this research is to find out 1) the general description of internal locus of control of the students, 2) the general description of the students’ learning motivation of class, 3) the general overview of the students’ readiness, 4) the influence of internal locus of control on the students’ readiness, 5) the influence of learning motivation towards students’ readiness, and 6) the simultaneous internal influence of locus of control and learning motivation. The research method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach, as well as using parametric statistical data type analysis techniques. The sample used is saturated sample type that is student of class XI TGB SMK PU N Bandung 2016/2017. The instruments used in data collection are questionnaires and documentation. The result of the research shows the general overview of the internal locus of control students is high, the general description of students' motivation is high, and the general category of students’ readiness also high. As for the internal influence of locus of control and learning motivation toward the readiness of students of class XI TGB SMK PU N Bandung during industrial work practices implementation, either individually or simultaneously, has given significant influence.
