Abstract
Penelitian yang berjudul Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think-Pair-Share Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa mata pelajaran Mekanika Teknik kelas X di SMK Negeri 1 Sumedang, merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think-Pair-Share(TPS) dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa setelah dilakukan penerapan model pembelajaran Think-Pair-Share(TPS) pada mata pelajaran Mekanika Teknik di kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Sumedang. Untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa pada aspek kognitif dilihat dari nilai pretest dan posttest sebelum dan sesudah model pembelajaran Think-Pair-Share(TPS) diterapkan. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu quasi experiment dengan sample kelas X TGB 1 dan Kelas X TGB 2 di SMK Negeri 1 Sumedang, dengan desain penelitian Non-Equivalent Control Group Desain. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan adalah berupa tes dan non test, instrument test berupa pre-test dan post-testdan instrumen non tes berupa lembar observasi kegiatan guru. Berdasarkan analisis pada keseluruhan tahapan penlitian diperoleh bahwa: 1) penerapan model pembelajaran Think-Pair-Share (TPS) memiliki kriteria baik; 2) Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran Mekanika Teknik setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran Think-Pair-Share (TPS) di program keahlian Gambar Bangunan SMK Negeri 1 Sumedang. Kata kunci :Hasil belajar, Kognitif , Model Pembelajaran Think-Pair-Share;--- This research titled “The Use of Think-Pair-Share type of Cooperative Learning Model towardsStudents’Learning Outcomes in Technical Mechanic Subject in 10th Grade of SMKN 1 Sumedang” aims to find out how to apply think-pair-share (TPS) type of cooperative learning study and the difference in the learning outcomes, before and after applying said method Technical Mechanic subject in 10th grade of SMKN 1 Sumedang. The pretest and posttest scores will be used in order to discover the difference of the students’ learning outcomes before and after applying TPS learning method. The research method used in this research is quasi experiment, using samples in X TGB 1 and X TGB 2 class in SMKN 1 Sumedang, with Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The instrument used in the research is test and non-test instrument, in which the test instruments are pretest and posttest, while the non-test instrument is teacher activity observation sheet. Based on the analysis of the research steps, it can be concluded that: 1) the use of TPS learning method has good criteria; 2) there is a difference in the learning outcomes of the students of 10th grade of SMKN 1 Sumedang in Drawing Building vocational program.
