Abstract

Perkembangan literasi pada anak berkaitan erat dengan kemampuan membaca dan menulis pada anak. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi masih banyaknya praktek pembelajaran literasi atau pembelajaran membaca dan menulis di lembaga Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini yang konvensional. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui program pengembangan kemampuan literasi anak usia dini di TK Negeri Centeh Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi kasus. Alasannya karena peneliti bermaksud untuk mempelajari secara mendalam tentang praktek terbaik atau “best practice” program pengembangan kemampuan literasi pada anak usia dini di TK Negeri Centeh Kota Bandung. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan peserta didik di TK Negeri Centeh Kota Bandung. Data penelitian melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan thematic analysis yaitu mencari tema-tema yang muncul dalam data penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan program pengembangan kemampuan literasi di TK Negeri Centeh berbeda dan lebih baik jika dibandingkan dengan proses pembelajaran konvensional. Proses pembelajaran literasi di TK Negeri centeh menggunakan metode bermain seperti bermain kartu, bermain arisan, bermain sedotan, bermain balok kata, bermain kotak rahasia, berburu kata dan menempel huruf. Tidak ada hambatan yang berarti dalam perencanaan ataupun pelaksanaan program ini karena ada upaya untuk mengatasi hambatan yang ada. Penelitian ini menambah wawasan bagi guru PAUD yang masih menggunakan pembelajaran literasi secara konvensional, Kata kunci : literasi, pembelajaran membaca dan menulis, dan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, Literation development on children is strongly related with children’s reading and writing skill. This research is motivated by the number of conventional literacy learning practices or reading and writing practices in early childhood education institutions. The purpose of this research is to know the development program of literacy ability of early age children in Centeh State Park Bandung. The method used in this research is case study method. The reason is because researchers intend to learn in depth about best practice or "best practice" program of literacy skill development in early childhood at TK Negeri Centeh Kota Bandung. Subjects in this study were principals, teachers and learners at TK Negeri Centeh Bandung. Research data through observation, interview and documentation study. Data analysis techniques using thematic analysis that is looking for the themes that appear in the research data. The results showed that literacy literacy development program at Centeh State Court was different and better compared to conventional learning process. The result that researcher obtained from observation; early stages of learning are praying, singing, recognizing letters and sharing stories. Core activities: a). drawing. B). Sticking to the letter c). Impersonating d). Hunting words e). Playing beam number or word f). Playing secret box g). Playing social gathering h). Playing pictures and coins i). Playing Straws j). There are no significant obstacles in the planning or implementation of this program because there are efforts to overcome the existing obstacles.
