Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti keterampilan gerak dasar siswa melalui pembelajaran senam ritmik dengan menggunakan media audio visual. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melalui metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan menerapkan rancangan penelitian yang dikembangkan oleh Kemmis dan Teggart. Penelitian terdiri atas beberapa tahapan, yaitu sebagai berikut: (1) perencanaan tindakan, (2) pelaksanaan tindakan, (3) observasi, dan (4) refleksi. Tempat penelitian di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Merdeka 5 Kota Bandung dengan objek penelitian siswa kelas III berjumlah 30 orang siswa. Proses penelitian dibagi menjadi II siklus yang terdiri atas IV tindakan. Setiap tindakan menggunakan berbagai tugas gerak yang dikemas dalam bentuk video. Kemudian semua data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik persentase. Nilai rata-rata keseluruhan data awal adalah 42,78% dan siklus I tindakan I adalah 50,83%, siklus I tindakan II adalah 61,67%, siklus II tindakan I adalah 70,83%, dan siklus II tindakan II adalah 78,89%. Dari rata-rata aspek keterampilan gerak dasar senam ritmik berdasarkan hasil analisis data, didapat kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan media auido visual pada pembelajaran senam ritmik dapat meningkatkan keterampilan gerak dasar senam ritmik pada siswa.Sebagai saran dari hasil penelitian, dalam pemberian materi pembelajaran senam ritmik, hendaknya diberikan secara bertahap dari yang termudah sampai yang tersulit.;---The aim of this research is to examine basic motion skills of the student through Learning rhythmic gymnastics by using audio-visual media. The method of the research used through the method classroom action research by applying the design of the research developed by Kemmis and Teggart. The research is consisted by several steps, namely as follows: (1) planning the action, (2) implementation the action (3) observation, and (4) reflection. Place of the research at State Elementary School of Merdeka 5 Bandung City which the object of the research is student class 3, amount 30 student. Process of the research divided into 2 cycle which consisted over 4 actions. Every action is using various motion task which packaged into video form. Then, all of the data which has collected analyzed using percentage technique. The average of the value all of the data is 42,78% and cycle I action I is 50,83%, cycle I actions II is 61,67%, cycles II action 1 is 70,83%, and cycles II actions II is 78,89%. From the average, aspect basic motion skills rhythmic gymnastics based on analyzed the data, got the conclusion that the use of audio-visual media on learning rhythmic gymnastics can increase basic motion skills rhythmic gymnastics the student. As suggestion from the research, in giving the material learning of rhythmic gymnastics, should be given gradually from the easiest to the most difficult.
