Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kepuasan wisatawan di Pantai Tanjung Kelayang melalui penilaian wisatawan terhadap tingkat kepentingan dan tingkat kinerja produk wisata di Pantai Tanjung Kelayang. Terdapat tiga indikator produk wisata yaitu, atraksi, fasilitas, dan aksesibilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Penelitian ini melibatkan 100 responden menggunakan kuesioner. Untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan wisatawan digunakan metode important performance analysis (IPA) yang menghasilkan Diagram Kartesius yang menghasikan empat kuadran dengan skala prioritas. Hasil penelitian ini, terdapat ketidakpuasan yang dirasakan wisatawan yang berkunjung. Walaupun tingkat kinerja dari produk wisata di Pantai Tanjung Kelayang sudah baik, namun pada kenyatannya belum mencapai titik kepuasan wisatawan dikarenakan nilai harapan wisatawan terhadap produk wisata yang ada di Pantai Tanjung Kelayang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan nilai kinerjanya. Terdapat 3 kuadran yang dihasilkan dari metode (IPA) yang menjadi acuan bagi pengelola untuk dapat memperhatikan kondisi produk wisata di Pantai Tanjung Kelayang serta dapat mempertahankan kinerja dari produk wisata yang dinilai oleh wisatawan sudah baik.;---The purpose of this research is to analyze the tourists’ satisfaction in Tanjung Kelayang Beach through the tourists assessment on importance level and tourism product performance in Tanjung Kelayang Beach. There are three tourism product indicator; attractions, facilities, and accessibilities. This research used descriptive method with quantitative approach which used simple Random Sampling technic. This research involve 100 respondents using questioner. To measure the toruists’ satisfaction level, using Important Performance Analysis (IPA) method which resulted four quadrants with priority scale. The result of this research, there are dissatisfaction from the tourists who came. Even though the performance level from tourism product in Tanjung Kelayang Beach already good, but in the reality, have not reach the satisfaction point because the expectation value from the tourist to Tanjung Kelayang Beach’s tourism product are bigger than the performance value. There are 3 quadrants that are resulted from (IPA) method that became the manager’s reference to pay attention to tourism product’s condition in Tanjung Kelayang Beach, also to maintain the tourism product performance that already rated good by the tourists.
