Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya keterampilan gerak dasar melempar dan menangkap pada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan lempar tangkap pada siswa dalam berbagai aktivitas permainan lempar tangkap bola kecil. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah melalui penerapan berbagai aktivitas permainan lempar tangkap bola dapat meningkatkan keterampilan gerak dasar melempar dan menangkap bola kecil pada siswa kelas IV SDN Tilil 1 Kota Bandung? Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas atau Classroom Action Research pada siswa kelas IV berjumlah 39 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi siswa mengenai format penilaian keterampilan gerak dasar melempar dan menangkap (keterampilan Psikomotor), lembar catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi penelitian berupa foto. Presentase peningkatan perolehan rata-rata dalam keterampilan melempar setiap tindakan pada observasi awal mencapai 42,7%, pada siklus I tindakan 1 mencapai 52,4%, pada siklus I tindakan 2 mencapai 63,2%, pada siklus II tindakan 1 mencapai 72,4%, pada siklus II tindakan 2 mencapai 81,4% dan pada siklus III mencapai 83,3%. Sedangkan dalam keterampilan menangkap setiap tindakan pada observasi awal mencapai 39,5%, pada siklus I tindakan 1 mencapai 50,2%, pada siklus I tindakan 2 mencapai 60,0%, pada siklus II tindakan 1 mencapai 72,6%, pada siklus II tindakan 2 mencapai 81,6% dan pada siklus III mencapai 82,7%. Selanjutnya tindakan dihentikan karen sudah dikira cukup. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan setiap tindakannya dan menunjukkan melalui berbagai permainan lempar tangkap bola dapat meningkatkan keterampilan gerak dasar melempar menangkap bola kecil. This research aims to improve skills throwing catch on the kids in a range of activities game throwing catch a small ball. Problems in this research is whether through the application of the activities game throwing get the ball can improved the skills of motion basic throwing and catching a small ball to their students class 4 sdn tilil one city bandung? Research methodology used is research the act of a class or classroom action research to their students class 4 were 39 students. An instrument used is sheets of observation students about format assessment skill motion basic throwing and catching (of skills psychomotor), sheets field notes, and documentation of research of photos. Prosentase the proportionate increases the average in a skill throw any action on preliminary observations reached 42.7 %, in cycle I the act of 1 reached 52,4 %, in cycle I the act of 2 achieve 63,2 %, in cycle II the act of 1 reached 72,4 %, in cycle II the act of 2 achieve 81,4 % and in cycle III reached 83,3 %. While in a skill arrest any action against preliminary observations reached 39,5 %, in cycle I the act of 1 reached 50,2 %, in cycle I the act of 2 achieve 60,0 %, in cycle II the act of 1 reached 72.6 %, in cycle II the act of 2 achieve 81,6 % and in cycle III reached 82.7 %. Next the act of stopped karen have diraa enough. Conclusion research shows increasing every actions and show through a variety of the game throwing get the ball can improved the skills of motion basic throw catch a ball small.
