    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan mengurangi tingkat kemacetan dan kejenuhan pengendara pada saat menunggu di bawah lampu merah yang menyala di persimpangan antara jalan Soekarno-Hatta dan jalan Ibrahim Adjie atau yang dikenal dengan persimpangan Samsat, dengan menjadwalkan pembagian delay lampu hijau lalu lintas yang optimal untuk persimpangan tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini Logika Fuzzy metode Mamdani digunakan untuk memperoleh delay lampu hijau yang optimal. Logika fuzzy merupakan logika yang mengenal konsep kesamaran sehingga memiliki penalaran yang adil. Sedangkan metode Mamdani merupakan metode yang bekerja berdasarkan aturan-aturan linguistik yang ditentukan oleh peneliti. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan, logika fuzzy metode Mamdani telah berhasil diimplementasikan dalam pencarian delay lampu hijau yang optimal, sehingga diperoleh penjadwalan delay lampu lalu lintas untuk persimpangan Samsat yang cukup baik. ;---In this research, optimal green light delay distribution schedule for intersection of Soekarno-Hatta Street and Ibrahim Adjie Street will be obtained to reduce congestion of vehicles rates and drivers’ saturation during wait for the light turns to green. The process to obtain optimal green light delays use fuzzy logic Mamdani method. Fuzzy logic is the logic that recognize the concept of ambiguity concept so that is has a fair reason. While Mamdani method is a method that works based on linguistik rules defined by the researcher. The implementation result shows, fuzzy logic Mamdani method has been successfully implemented in the research of optimal green light delay and obtained passable traffic light delay schedule for Samsat intersection.
