Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pengamatan penulis mengenai kurangnya keterampilan menari pada pembelajaran seni tari di jenjang sekolah menengah pertama. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangya kepekaan seorang pendidik terhadap kondisi awal siswa yang kurang siap karena pembelajaran seni tari yaitu salah satu pembelajaran yang memerlukan tubuh sebagai media belajarnya. Pembelajaran olah tubuh diduga memiliki peranan penting karena olah tubuh dapat mempersiapkan tubuh sebelum melakukan aktivitas menari, mengurangi terjadinya cedera pada tubuh dan menambah tingkat fokus seseorang. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini didasarkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan hubungan pembelajaran olah tubuh terhadap keterampilan menari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen yaitu pretest-postest kontrol grup desain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII di MTs YPI Al Islam Ciparay. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh sebanyak 21 orang siswa kelas A dan 21 siswa Kelas B. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan tes keterampilan menari melalui tari piring dan di analisis menggunakan teknik uji-t. dengan bantuan program SPSS. 23. Hipotesis pertama yaitu Thitung (0,411)<Ttabel (2,021) maka Ho diterima artinya bahwa pembelajaran konvensional tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan menari siswa. Kedua nilai Thitung (5,975)>Ttabel (2,021) maka Ho ditolak artinya bahwa pembelajaran olah tubuh memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan menari siswa. Nilai rhitung (0,803)>rtabel (0,433) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara olah tubuh denga keterampilan menari.;---This research is based on the writer's observation of the lack of dancing skills in the learning of dance art at the junior high school level. This is caused by the lack of sensitivity of an educator to the initial condition of students who are less ready because of the learning of dance is one of learning that requires the body as a medium of learning. Body exercise allegedly has an important role because the body can prepare the body before doing the activities of dancing, reducing the occurrence of injury to the body and increase the level of one's focus. Therefore, this study is based to determine the effect and the relationship of learning exercise to the skills of dancing. This research uses experimental method that is pretest-posttest control group design. Population in this research is class VIII student in MTs YPI Al Islam Ciparay. The sampling technique using saturated sampling technique is 21 students of class A and 21 students of Class B. The instrument in this research is to use dance skill test through dance plate and in analysis using t-test technique. With the help of the SPSS program. 23. The first hypothesis is Thitung (0.411) <Ttable (2.021) then Ho accepted means that conventional learning does not give a significant effect on students' dancing skills. Both Thitung (5,975)> Ttable (2,021) then Ho is rejected means that learning body work gives a significant influence on students' dancing skills. Value rhitung (0.803)> rtabel (0.433) it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between body work premises dancing skills.
