Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Penguasan ICT (Information Communication Technology) Guru terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang Penguasaan ICT Guru, Kinerja Mengajar Guru, dan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Penguasaan ICT terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri se-Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat pengumpulan data berupa angket, yang ditujukan kepada guru di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri se-Kota Bandung berjumlah 94 orang. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan kecenderungan skor responden untuk variabel X (Penguasaan ICT Guru) tergolong dalam kategori sangat baik dengan nilai ratarata skor 3,08 dan variabel Y berkategori sangat baik dengan nilai rata-rata skor 3,42. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang diperoleh dari koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,251 yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan rendah antara variabel X dan variabel Y. Hasil uji signifikasi korelasi, menyatakan bahwa Penguasaan ICT Guru mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja mengajar guru di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri se- Kota Bandung. Adapun pengaruh yang diberikan oleh variabel X sebesar 6,3% terhadap variabel Y, sisanya 93,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya. Hasil koefisisen regresi menunjukan persamaan Y= 11,939 + 0,251X, artinya bahwa setiap terjadi perubahan suatu poin pada variabel Penguasaan ICT Guru (X), maka akan diikuti pula oleh perubahan Kinerja Mengajar Guru (Y) sebesar 0,251. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, jawaban hipotesis penelitian yaitu, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Penguasaan ICT Guru terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri se-Kota Bandung.----------This research entitled "The Influence of ICT (Information Communication Technology) Teacher's Satisfaction on Teaching Teacher Performance. The purpose of this study is to obtain a description of Master's ICT, Teaching Teacher Performance, and to know how much influence Master of ICT Teachers to Teaching Performance Teachers in Vocational High School Negeri Bandung. This research is done by using descriptive method with quantitative approach. Data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire, which is addressed to teachers at State Vocational High School in Bandung amounted to 94 people. Based on the results of the calculation of the scores of respondents score for variable X (Master ICT Mastery) classified in very good category with an average score of 3.08 and Y variables categorized very well with an average score of 3.42. Based on the calculation results obtained from the correlation coefficient of 0.251 indicating that there is a low relationship between variables X and Y. Significant correlation test results, states that Master ICT Mastery has a significant influence on the performance of teaching teachers at the State Vocational School of Bandung . The influence given by the variable X amounted to 6.3% to variable Y, the remaining 93.7% influenced by other variables. The result of coefficient of regression shows the equation Y = 11,939 + 0,251X, meaning that every change of a point on Teacher ICT Mastery variable (X), it will be followed by the change of Teaching Performance Teacher (Y) equal to 0,251. Based on the results of this study, the research hypothesis answer is, there is a positive and significant influence between Mastery of ICT Teachers on Teaching Performance Teachers in Public Vocational High School of Bandung.
