Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan keterampilan gerak dasar lokomotor dan manipulatif siswa di sekolah dasar yang masih rendah yang perlu dikembangkan ketika pembelajaran penjas, agar kemampuan gerak dasarnya berkembang secara baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan gerak lokomotor dan manipulatif melalui penerapan model pendidikan gerak (movement education) pada siswa kelas V SD N 001 Merdeka Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan pada siswa kelas V/A SD N 001 Merdeka Kota bandung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, dokumentasi dan catatan lapangan yang selanjutnya dilakukan analisis data. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu penerapan model pendidikan gerak cocok diterapkan terhadap siswa sekolah dasar kelas V karena materi pembelajaran dari model pendidikan gerak itu sendiri berupa permainan, cocok dengan karakteristik siswa kelas V yang memiliki keinginan untuk bermain yang sangat besar. Dengan menggunakan model pendidikan gerak keterampilan gerak dasar lokomotor dan manipulatif siswa dapat terbimbing dan terlihat jelas peningkatan keterampilannya menjadi baik. Peningkatan tersebut terlihat dari terjadinya peningkatan persentase dari setiap tindakan penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti hingga tindakan penelitian terakhir memiliki persentase yang cukup tinggi, perolehan persentase rata-rata keterampilan siswa menjadi diantara 80%-90%, persentase tersebut termasuk kelompok keterampilan baik. ;--- This research was motivated by several problems, student fundamental locomotor and manipulative skills in elementary school is still not good enough, Which needs to be developed, that the essence of the motion is well developed. This research is aimed to know the effort to improve student fundamental locomotor and manipulative skills through the application of movement education research of grade V/A 001 Merdeka elementary school student. This research used a classroom action research method of grade V 001 Merdeka elementary school student. The data are collected by observation, documentation and field notes that further data analysis. The results of this study is movement education methood suitable applied to grade V elementary school student, because the learning material of the movement education methood itself is a games, match with the characteristics of the grade V students who have the desire to play more. By using movement education methood, student fundamenal locomotor and manipulative skills can be guided and clearly visible to improve their skills be more good than before. The increase is seen from the increase of percentage of each action research conducted by researchers until the last research action has a fairly high percentage, the average percentage of student skills among 80% -90%, the percentages include good skill groups.
