Abstract

Ieu panalungtikan dikasangtukangan ku ayana sababaraha guru nu teu maliré kana kualitas soal anu disusunna, utamana tingkat validitas jeung réliabilitas. Udagan dina ieu panalungtikan pikeun ngadéskripsikeun validitas eusi, validitas émpiris (hésé babarina soal jeung daya pangbéda), tingkat réliabilitas, jeung tingkat layak henteuna soal-soal ulangan harian basa Sunda di SMK Islamiyah Kiarakuda Ciawi. Métode anu digunakeunna nya éta métode déskriptif kalawan pamarekan kuantitatif. Sumber data dina ieu panalungtikan nya éta soal-soal ulangan harian basa Sunda jeung lembar jawaban siswa. Téhnik nu digunakeun dina ieu panalungtikan nya éta téhnik studi pustaka jeung observasi. Dumasar hasil panalungtikan kapaluruh yén validitas eusi tina 115 soal nya éta 65 soal valid, 46 soal kudu dirévisi, jeung 4 soal teu valid. Validitas émpiris, dumasar kana hésé babarina soal aya 20 soal anu layak, 31 soal kudu dirévisi, jeung 64 soal kudu diganti. Dumasar kana tingkat daya pangbéda aya 34 soal anu layak, 27 soal kudu dirévisi, jeung 54 soal kudu diganti. Dumasar kana tingkat réliabilitas aya 30% anu katégorina luhur, 20% anu katégorina sedeng, jeung 50% anu katégorina handap. Ku kituna, dumasar kana validitas eusi, validitas émpiris (hésé babarina soal jeung daya pangbéda), sarta tingkat réliabilitas bisa kapaluruh tingkat layak henteuna soal nya éta aya 30 soal anu layak (26,09%), 37 soal kudu dirévisi (32,17%), jeung 48 soal kudu diganti (41,74%). Jadi, soal-soal ulangan harian basa Sunda di SMK Islamiyah Kiarakuda Ciawi miboga tingkat layak hentuna soal anu “handap”. ;--- Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya beberapa guru yang masih mengabaikan kualitas soal yang disusunnya, terutama validitas dan reliabilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan validitas isi, validitas empiris (tingkat kesukaran dan daya pembeda), tingkat reliabilitas dan tingkat kelayakan soal-soal ulangan harian basa Sunda di SMK Islamiyah Kiarakuda Ciawi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu soal-soal ulangan harian bahasa Sunda dan lembar jawaban siswa. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik studi pustaka dan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan validitas isi dari 115 soal yaitu 65 soal valid, 46 soal direvisi, dan 4 soal tidak valid. Validitas empiris, berdasarkan tingkat kesukaran soal terdapat 20 soal yang layak, 31 soal direvisi, dan 64 soal harus diganti. Berdasarkan tingkat daya pembeda terdapat 34 soal yang layak, 27 soal direvisi, dan 54 soal harus diganti. Berdasarkan tingkat reliabilitas, terdapat 30% kategori tinggi, 20% kategori sedang, dan 50% berkategori rendah. Oleh karena itu, berdasar pada validitas isi, validitas empiris (tingkat kesukaran soal dan tingkat daya pembeda) serta tingkat reliabilitas bisa diketahui tingkat kelayakan soal yaitu terdapat 30 soal yang layak (26,09%), 37 soal yang harus direvisi (32,17%), dan 48 soal harus diganti (41,74%). Oleh sebab itu, soal-soal ulangan harian bahasa Sunda di SMK Islamiyah Kiarakuda Ciawi mempunyai tingkat kelayakan soal yang “rendah”. ;--- The background of this study is the existence of some teachers who neglect the quality of the questions that they composed, especially the validity and reliability. This aims of the study was describe the empirical validity of the content, validity (difficulty level and power of distinction), the level of reliability and feasibility-level problems such as Deuteronomy daily test of Sundanese language in SMK Kiarakuda Islamiyah Ciawi. This methods used descriptive method of quantitative approach. The source of the data in this study is question of daily sundanese test and the students answer sheets. The technique in this study used engineering studies library and observations. Based on the results of the study found the validity of the content are 115 question which 65 question is valid, 46 question revised, and 4 the question is invalid. Empirical validity, based on difficulty level reserved there are 20 items that are feasible, 31 revised, and 64 must be replaced. Based on the level criterion there is a decent 34 questions is reasonable, 27 revised, and 54 must be replaced. Based on the level of reliability, there are 30% categories higher, 20% categories average, and 50% categories lower. Therefore, based on the validity of the content, the validity of the empirical (difficulty level reserved and power level of distinction) as well as the level of reliability can be known the eligibility level reserved. There are 30 reserved decent 26.09%), 37 (a matter that must be revised (48%), and 32.17 reserved must be replaced (41.74%). Therefore, the questions of Deuteronomy daily Sundanese in SMK Kiarakuda Islamiyah Ciawi the level is "low".
