Abstract

Skripsi ini berjudul Pelatihan Layeutan Swara Dalam Kegiatan
Ekstrakurikuler di SMPN 1 Sindangkerta Kabupaten Bandung Barat.
Penyusunan ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk memaparkan perencanaan
pelatihan, proses pelatihan, dan hasil pelatihan Layeutan Swara di SMPN 1
Sindangkerta. Objek dan subjek pada penelitian ini adalah pelatih dan siswasiswi
yang menjadi peserta pelatihan. Perencanaan dalam pelatihan ini antara
lain pemilihan pelatih, rekrutment peserta, pemilihan materi, dan penentuan
panitia pelatihan. Sedangkan proses pelatihan ini dilakukan secara bertahap
dengan menggunakan metode-metode pelatihan dan teknik-teknik evaluasi
yang dilakukan pelatih. Hasil pelatihan mengacu kepada tujuan pelatihan yaitu
menciptakan produk atau penampilan karya/materi pelatihan dengan baik dan
benar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode
deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif sehingga hasil penelitian dapat
dideskripsikan secara terperinci. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan
dalam penelitian ini antara lain observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan
studi kepustakaan. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah pelatih menyampaikan
materi dengan metode kuliah, demonstrasi, imitasi dan drill. Terdapat beberapa
bagian dari materi pelatihan yang sulit dipahami oleh siswa, maka pelatih
menggunakan metode demonstrasi dan drill (pengulangan) dalam proses
pelatihan hingga siswa dapat memahami materi yang disampaikan.;---The skripsi titled Swara Layeutan Training On Ekstracurricular in
SMPN 1 Sindangkerta Wets Bandung Regency. This arrangment was made
with the aim to present the training plan, the training process and training
result of Layeutan Swara at SMPN 1 Sindangkerta. Objects and subjects in this
study are the coaches and the students who participated in the training.
Planning in this training coaches poll, recruitment of participants, the selection
of material, and the selection determination of the training commite. While the
training process is done in stages by using the methods of training and
evaluation techniques played. The result of the study refers to the training
objectives of creating a product or peformance work / training materials
properly. The method used in this research is descriptive method qualitative
approach so that research result can be described in detail. Data collection
techniques used in this study include obsevation, interviews, documentary
studies and literature study. The finfings of this study is the trainer delivering
materials with lectures, demonstration, imitation and drill. There some parts of
the research materials is difficult to understand by the student, the trainers use
methods of demonstration and drill (repetition) in the proce4ss of training to
student to understand the material presented.
