Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat alat bantu latihan memukul dalam cabang olahraga softball yang dapat memberikan efektifitas kepada pelatih maupun atlet dalam melakukan latihan. Alat ini digunakan untuk melatih teknik memukul sehingga memudahkan kinerja pelatih. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D). alat ini menggunakan beberapa komponen utama, diantaranya: motor listrik AC berfungsi sebagai penggerak pada alat bantu latihan memukul yang terhubung ke pulley. Pulley adalah suatu alat mekanis yang digunakan sebagai pendukung penggerak V belt atau sabuk lingkar untuk menjalankan suatu kekuatan alur yang berfungsi menghantarkan daya. Cara kerja pulley sering digunakan untuk mengubah arah dari gaya yang diberikan dan mengirimkan gerak rotasi. Pulley pada V belt sangat berperan penting dalam menggerakkan V belt atau sabuk dengan memberikan gaya rotasi dan membuat roda pemutarnya berputar. Semakin besar tenaga yang dihasilkan oleh motor listrik AC menghantarkan daya melalui pulley akan semakin cepat pula putaran yang dihasilkan oleh roda pemutar. Alat ini bekerja manual. Analisis Uji Relibilitas memiliki standar nilai alpha <0,50 dalam katagori rendah. Dalam penelitian ini nilai alpha yang dimiliki 0,559 termaksuk katagori sedang. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat rata – rata kecepatan bola dan standar deviasinya, seperti; rata –rata kecepatan bola 52,30 standar deviasi 1,601, akurasi bola 2,30 dengan standar deviasi 1,022. Dari data diatas dapat dikatakan bahwa hasil lontaran konsisten dan memiliki standar deviasi yang normal. This tool is used to train the technique of making it easier performance hitting coach. This research is the development or Research and Development (R & D). Pulley is a mechanical device that is used as a support belt or belt drive V ring to run a force flow that serves to deliver power. How it works pulley is often used to change the direction of the applied force and transmit rotational motion. V belt pulley on a very important role in moving the V belt or belt to provide rotational force and make the wheel spin the dial. The greater the power generated by the AC electric motor delivers power through the pulley will sooner wheel rotation produced by the player. This tool works manual. Analysis reliability test standards alpha value <0.50 in the low category. In this study, the value of alpha owned 0,559 category was. From the research results are the average - average speed of the ball and the standard deviation, such as; 52.30 -rata average ball speed standard deviation of 1.601, 2.30 ball accuracy with a standard deviation 1.022.
