Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya minat belajar siswa di SMK Muslimin 1 Bandung, khususnya pada mata pelajaran produktif kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari iklim sekolah terhadap minat belajar siswa. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 66 siswa kelas X mata pelajaran produktif Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Muslimin 1 Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode exploratory survey. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara penyebaran angket kepada seluruh siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Muslimin 1 Bandung. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisa menggunakan regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data, iklim sekolah berada pada kategori cukup kondusif dan minat belajar siswa kelas X mata pelajaran produktif Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Muslimin 1 Bandung berada pada kategori sedang. Hasil dari perhitungan regresi sederhana menunjukkan bahwa iklim sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar pihak sekolah mampu meningkatkan iklim sekolah menjadi lebih baik dan kondusif, sehingga siswa merasa nyaman, termotivasi dan memiliki minat dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah, dengan begitu tujuan dalam pembelajaran pun akan tercapai. ;---The Issues examined in this study was not optimal student interest in SMK Muslimin 1 Bandung, especially on the subjects of the productive class X of Office Administration. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of school climate on student interest. The number of respondents in this study were 66 students of class X of Office Administration productive subjects in SMK Muslimin 1 Bandung. The method used in this research is exploratory survey. Data were collected by distributing a questionnaire to all students of class X of Office Administration in SMK Muslimin 1 Bandung. The collected data were analyzed using simple regression. Based on analysis of the data, the climate of the school is in the category is quite conducive and interests of class X student of productive subjects Office Administration in SMK Muslimin 1 Bandung middle category. Results of regression simple calculation is showed that school climate positive and significant impact on student interest. This study suggests that the school is able to improve the school environment for the better and conducive, so that students feel comfortable, motivated and have an interest in learning activities in schools, so the purpose of learning will be achieved.
