Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan rumah kos mahasiswa UPI Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei eksplanatori dengan teknik deskriptif dan analisis data kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah Mahasiswa UPI Bandung angkatan 2015 ke atas dan tinggal di rumah kos. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik kuota sampel dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 250 orang mahasiswa. Pengujian data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program E-Views version 9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap permintaan, pendapatan tidak berpengaruh terhadap permintaan, dan atribut memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap permintaan.;---This study aimed to analyze the factors that influence the demand for student boarding house in UPI Bandung. The method used in this research is explanatory survey method with descriptive techniques and quantitative data analysis. The study population was UPI Bandung students originating from the generation in 2015 to the top and stay at a boarding house. The samples using the quota sample technique with a sample as many as 250 students. Testing data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of E-Views version 9. The results showed that prices has a negative and significant effect on demand, income has no effect on demand, and attributes has a positive and significant effect on demand.
