Abstract

Masalah rendahnya kinerja karyawan masih menjadi perhatian utama dalam bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia. Kinerja karyawan berperan dominan sebagai sumber daya yang paling berharga yang dimiliki perusahaan, salah satunya pada rumah sakit Dustira Cimahi. Kinerja perawat pada penelitian ini merupakan variabel terikat. Kinerja perawat sangat penting bagi sebuah organisasi karena berkaitan dengan pekerjaan yang dijalankan sesuai atau tidak dengan tujuan diawal. Oleh karena itu setiap RS yang baik akan melakukan pengukuran kinerja untuk mengetahui seberapa baik berjalannya suatu organisasi RS. Perawat sebagai salah satu tenaga kesehatan di RS memegang peranan penting dalam upaya mencapai tujuan pembangunan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) gambaran kompetensi, (2) gambaran komunkasi kerja, (3) gambaran kinerja karyawan, (4) pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan, (5) pengaruh komunikasi kerja terhadap kinerja perawat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, dengan metode explanatory survey. Adapun teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu probability sampling dengan menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling yang berjumlah 178 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan alat bantu software komputer Statistical Product for Service Solutions (SPSS) 19.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gambaran kompetensi dalam kategori sangat baik, gambaran komunikasi kerja dalam kategori efektif, dan kinerja karyawan dalam kategori sangat tinggi, kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi dan komunikasi kerja. Sehingga kompetensi dan komunkasi kerja perlu diperhatikan dalam menunjang kinerja karyawan. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja perawat perlu adanya kerjasama antar atasan dan perawat maupun dengan rekan sesama kerja untuk menngkatkan kinerja perawat sesuai dengan tujuan rumah sakit. ;---The issues in this research is low performance by employee which still a major concern in the field of human resource management. Employee performance have a dominat role as the most valuable resourche managemen, one of them at the hospital Dustira Cimahi. The nurses performance in this study is the dependent variable. The performance of nurses is very important for an organization as it relates to work undertaken in accordance or not with the aim of beginning. Therefore any good hospital will conduct performance measurement to determine how well the passage of a hospital organization. The nurse as one of the health workers in hospitals who have an important role the goal of health development. This study aims to determine (1) depiction of competence, (2) conception of personal work communication, (3) depiction of employee performance, (4) the influence of competence toward employee‘s performance, (5) the impact of work communication toward nurses performance. This type of research is descriptive verification, and explanatory survey method. The sampling technique is used probability sampling which is the proportionate stratified random sampling which amounted to 178 people. Data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with computer software tools for Statistical Product Service Solutions (SPSS) 19.0 for windows. The results of this study indicate that the depiction of competence is located in very good category, an overview of competence in the excellent category, depiction of work in the category of effective communication, and employee performance in the very high category, the performance of employees affected by the competence and work communication. With the result that competence and personal work communication need to be considered in supporting employee performance. To improve the performance of nurses need for cooperation between employers and nurses as well as with fellow working on scaling up the performance of nurses in accordance with the purpose of the hospital.
