Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pengaruh kompetensi instruktur terhadap hasil pelatihan otomotif, pengaruh motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil pelatihan otomotif dan pengaruh motivasi berprestasi dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil pelatihan otomotif di Pusat Pelatihan Kerja Daerah (PPKD) Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta pelatihan otomotif gelombang kedua pada tahun 2016 yang diselenggarakan oleh Pusat Pelatihan Kerja Daerah(PPKD) Provinsi DKI Jakarta yang berjumlah 85 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya dengan menggunakan uji ahli (experts judgment). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dengan program AMOS versi 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kompetensi instruktur berpengaruh terhadap hasil pelatihan karena berdasarkan pengujian menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung lebih besar dari nilai ttabel. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pada saat kompetensi instruktur meningkat, maka hasil pelatihan otomotif akan meningkat. (2) motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh terhadap hasil pelatihan otomotif yang saat pengujian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa nilai thitung lebih besar dari nilai ttabel. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pada saat motivasi berprestasi meningkat, maka hasil pelatihan otomotif juga akan meningkat. (3) Kompetensi instruktur dan motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh terhadap hasil pelatihan otomotif sesuai dengan pengujian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa nilai Fhitung lebih besardari Ftabel . Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pada saat kompetensi instruktur dan motivasi berprestasi meningkat, maka hasil pelatihan otomotif juga akan meningkat. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan adalah: (1) kompetensi instruktur memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil pelatihan otomotif dengan total pengaruh sebesar 4,913%,. (2) motivasi berprestasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil pelatihan otomotif dengan total pengaruh sebesar 5,575%. (3) kompetensi instruktur dan motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil pelatihan dengan total pengaruh sebesar 10,487%. ;---This research study is to analyze the effects of instructors competence in the result of automotive training, the effects of achievement motivation in the result of automotive training and the effects of instructors competence and achievement motivation in the result of automotive training in Pusat Pelatihan Kerja Daerah (PPKD) Provinsi DKI Jakarta. This research used a quantitative approach. The sample of this research were 85 participants of outomotive training in the year of 2016 section two organized by Pusat Pelatihan Kerja Daerah DKI Jakarta. The samples were selected by a propositional random sampling technique. The Data were collected by a questionnaire which has been tested in its validity and reliability by expert judgement. The data analysis technique used a path analysis with AMOS program version 21. The results of this study indicate that (1) instructors competence has an effect on the results of training because according to the test, it shows that thitung score is higher than the ttabel Score. It shows that when the instructors competence increases, the result of outomotive training will be increased as well. (2) achievement motivation has an effect on the results of training because according to the test, it shows that thitung score is higher than the ttabel Score. It shows that when the achievement motivation increases, the result of outomotive training will be increased as well. (3) intructors competence and achievement motivation have an effect on the results of automotive training, it is according to the test which shows that Fhitung score is higher than Ftabel . It shows that when instructors competence and achievement motivation increase, the result of automotive training will be increased as well. The conclusions of this study shows that (1) instructors competence has a significant effect of the results of training (Y) which has total effect 4,913%,. (2) Achievement motivation has a significant effect of the result of training which has total effect 5,575%. (3) Instructors competence and achievement motivation has a significant effect of the result of training which has total effect 10,487%.
