Abstract
Banyaknya model pembelajaran yang ada saat ini, maka diperlukan suatu kejelian memakai model agar memperbaiki mutu kegiatan belajar mengajar sehingga dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar. Dengan diterapkannya suatu model pembelajaran yang inovatif, diharapkan mampu membangkitkan motivasi para siswa untuk belajar dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar sesuai yang ditargetkan kurikulum. Model pembelajaran Project Based Learning diterapkan pada penelitian kali ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian quasy experiment dengan desain penelitian Control Group Pretest-Posttest. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan, pengolahan dan analisis data yang telah dilakukan, maka simpulan yang didapat adalah bahwa penerapan media pembelajaran Project Based Learning pada mata pelajaran Sistem Komputer dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, dilihat dari aspek kognitif dan afektif. Dalam aspek kognitif dapat ditinjau dari perolehan nilai rata-rata peningkatan (N-Gain) hasil belajar peserta didik berada pada kategori sedang. Dalam aspek afektif dinilai dari aspek kedisiplinan, antusias dan inisiatif pada saat praktikum, kejujuran saat pengumpulan data, kerjasama dan tanggung jawab dengan hasil penilaian berada pada kriteria sangat baik. Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran dengan model Project Based Learning dan siswa yang mendapatkan model pembelajaran diskusi dan ceramah. Perbedaan tersebut dapat ditinjau dari dua aspek, yaitu kognitif dan afektif. Dimana penggunaan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning lebih unggul karena siswa mendapatkan media simulasi. Pembelajaran yang menggunakan model Project Based Learning lebih cocok untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dan dapat dikatakan efektif karena sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran yaitu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. ;---The number of instructional model that exists today, we need a flair use models that improve the quality of teaching and learning activities so as to increase the activity and learning outcomes. By implementing an innovative learning model, is expected to raise the motivation of students to learn and to improve learning outcomes as targeted curriculum. Project Based Learning learning model applied in the present study. This study uses research methods research design quasy experiment with pretest-posttest control group. Based on observations, data processing and analysis has been done, the conclusions were that the implementation of Project Based Learning instructional media on the subjects of computer systems can improve student learning outcomes, seen from the cognitive and affective aspects. In the cognitive aspects can be viewed from the acquisition value of the average increase of (N-Gain) the study of students in middle category. In the affective aspects assessed from the aspect of discipline, enthusiasm and initiative during the practicum, honesty time of data collection, cooperation and responsibility with the results of the assessment are the criteria very well. There are differences in learning outcomes between students who had learning model Project Based Learning and students who had learning model discussions and lectures. Such differences may be viewed from two aspects, namely cognitive and affective. Where the use of Project Based Learning learning model is superior because students get simulated media. Learning using Project Based Learning models are more suitable for use as a medium of learning to improve learning outcomes and can be said to be effective because in accordance with the purpose of learning is to improve student learning outcomes.
