Abstract
SMK adalah satuan pendidikan yang bertujuan menyiapkan lulusan sehingga mampu melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi dan memiliki keunggulan kompetensi untuk memasuki lapangan pekerjaan tingkat menengah di Dunia Usaha/Industri (DU/DI). Hal tersebut menandakan bahwa kurikulum SMK harus sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri. Salah satu cara untuk menganalisis kesesuaian kurikulum SMK adalah dengan menggunakan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD) dan Kano, sehingga kebutuhan kompetensi industri dapat diketahui dan pihak sekolah dapat menentukan strategi untuk memperbaiki proses pendidikan sehingga kebutuhan kompetensi tersebut dapat dipenuhi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 2 Cilaku Paket Keahlian TPHP dengan menyebar kuesioner pada 10 industri pertanian tempat praktek kerja industri. Berdasarkan hasil analisis metode Kano didapat 22 kompetensi yang termasuk kategori Must-Be, One-dimensional dan attractive yang dibutuhkan oleh pihak industri pertanian dan memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan industri pertanian. Dengan analisis QFD diketahui terdapat 23 upaya yang perlu dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah untuk memenuhi 22 kompetensi tersebut, dan pihak SMK Negeri 2 Cilaku perlu memprioritaskan usaha perbaikan pada peningkatan kinerja unit produksi/kewirausahaan, metode pembelajaran yang tepat dan peningkatan kerja sama dengan pihak DU/DI. Kata kunci : QFD, Kano, Kurikulum SMK SMK (Vocational High School) is an educational unit which aims to prepare graduate to continue to higher educational level and has the advantage of competence to enter middle level jobs in the Business/Industry (DU/DI). It’s indicating that the vocational curriculum should be according to industrial needs. One way to analyze the suitability of Vocational High School curriculum is by using Quality Function Development (QFD) and Kano, so that the industry competency needs can be identify and schools can arrange strategies to improve the educational proccess so the competency needs can be fulfilled. This study was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Cilaku Agricultural Processing Technology skills package by spreading questionnaire through 10 agricultural industry which is used during industrial work practices. Based on Kano analysis methods, there are 22 competencies that included to Must-Be, One-Dimensional and attractive category which is needed by the agricultural industries and gave a positive influence to the satisfaction of agricultural industries. With QFD analysis methods there are 23 known attempets should be made by the schools to meet the 22 competencies, and SMK Negeri 2 Cilaku need to prioritize improving the performance of production/entrepreneurship unit, appropriate learning methods and improving cooperation with DU/DI.
