Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Program Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai di Pusdiklat Ir. H. Djuanda PT.KAI (Persero) Bandung”. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini menyangkut program pendidikan dan pelatihan dan pengaruhnya terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai di pusdiklat Ir. H. Djuanda PT.KAI (Persero) Bandung dengan objek penelitian peserta diklat.Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memperoleh gambaran mengenai pengaruh program pendidikan dan pelatihan di Pusdiklat Ir. H. Djuanda PT.KAI (Persero) Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan metode angket tertutup, dengan sampel sebanyak 30 yakni peserta pendidikan dan pelatihan yang mengikuti pendidikan dan pelatihan pada periode bulan Mei 2016. Analisis perhitungan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program Microsoft Excel 2007 dan SPSS for windows versi 23.0. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan rumus Weight Means Score (WMS), gambaran umum variabel X (Pendidikan dan Pelatihan) berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata 4.06. Sementara gambaran umum variabel Y (Prestasi Kerja) pada kategori sangat baik, dengan skor rata-rata 424. Korelasi variabel X dan Y memiliki hubungan yang signifikan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,650 yang ada pada kategori kuat dan signifikan, dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 38% serta hasil analisis regresi yaitu Ỷ= 75,201+ 0,518 X yang bersifat signifikan dan linier.Kesimpulan penelitian menyatakan program pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai di Pusdiklat Ir. H. Djuanda PT.KAI (Persero) Bandung. ; This study entitled "The Effect of Education and Training Program Against Job Performance Employees at Pusdiklat Ir. H. Juanda PT.KAI (Persero) Bandung ". Issues examined in this study concerning the education and training programs and their influence on job performance of employees at the Training Center Ir. H. Juanda PT.KAI (Persero) Bandung with the object of study participants Training.Generally, this study aims to find out and get a picture of the influence of education and training programs at the Training Center Ir. H. Juanda PT.KAI (Persero) Bandung. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. The data collection technique was conducted by questionnaire enclosed, with a sample of 30 participants that education and training education and training in the period from May 2016. Analysis of the calculations in this study using a support program Microsoft Excel 2007 and SPSS for Windows version 23.0.Based on calculations using the formula Weight Means Score (WMS), an overview of variable X (Education and Training) that are in the very good category with an average score of 4:06.
