Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran konvensional terhadap self worth siswa, untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inquiry terhadap self worth siswa, untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara model pembelajaran konvensional terhadap perilaku asertif siswa, untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara model pembelajaran inquiry terhadap perilaku asertif siswa dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara siswa yang diberikan model pembelajaran inquiry dengan siswa yang tidak diberikan model pembelajaran inquiry terhadap perilaku asertif dan penghargaan diri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian the static Group Pretest-postest. Populasi yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X di SMAN 2 Purwakarta sejumlah 608 siswa. Didalam penelitian ini peneliti mengambil dua kelas sebanyak 60 orang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran inquiry sebagai kelas eksperimen dan yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional menjadi kelas kontrol. Hasil dari penelitian ini menggunakan perhitungan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji Hasil Uji Paired Samples Correlations. Pelaksanaan model pembelajaran konvensional memberikan pengaruh terhadap self worth siswa. Pelaksanaan model pembelajaran konvensional juga memberikan pengaruh terhadap perilaku asertif siswa. Demikian pula halnya dengan pelaksanaan model pembelajaran inquiry memberikan pengaruh terhadap self worth dan perilaku asertif siswa. Apabila dibandingkan antara model pembelajaran konvensional dan inquiry maka akan menghasilkan perbedaan secara nyata terhadap self worth maupun perilaku asertif siswa. Dari hasil pengolahan dan analisis data melalui prosedur statistika terbukti bahwa model pembelajaran inquiry lebih signifikan dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional dalam meningkatkan self woth dan perilaku asertif siswa.;--- The purpose of this research is to knowing influence model the conventional study to self worth student, to know the influence model the study inquiry to self worth student, to know the influence conventional study model to behavior of assertive student, to know the influence between model of study inquiry to behavior of assertive student and to know the difference between student given by model of study inquiry with the student which is not given by model of study inquiry to behavior of assertive and x'self appreciation. Method used in this research is by using experiment method with the static Group Pretest-postest design. Population selected in this research is student of class X in SMAN 2 Purwakarta of a number of 608 student. In this research is researcher take two class as much 60 people divided to become two student group using model of study inquiry as experiment class and using conventional study model become the class control. Result from this research use the calculation of hypothesis examination use the test Paired Samples Correlations. Execution model the conventional study give the influence to self worth student. Execution model the conventional study also give the influence to behavior of assertive student. That way also the things of with the execution model the study inquiry give the influence to self worth and behavioral of assertive student. If compared between conventional study model and inquiry hence will yield the difference manifestly to self worth and also behavioral of assertive student. From processing result and analyse the data of procedure statistika proven by that model of study inquiry more signifikan compared a conventional study model in improving self woth and behavioral of assertive student.
