Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kualitas Jasa Pendidikan Terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia”. Masalah yang penulis temukan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai kepuasan mahasiswa terkait kualitas jasa pendidikan di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kualitas jasa pendidikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, yakni melalui online dengan menggunakan google form dan kuesioner yang langsung di sebar ke responden melalui print out kuesioner, jumlah kuesioner yang tersebar sebanyak 99. Hasil perhitungan Weight Mean Score (WMS), menunjukan bahwa kualitas jasa pendidikan termasuk pada kategori tinggi dengan skor 3,69 dan kepuasan mahasiswa dengan skor 3,66 termasuk kategori tinggi. Analisis korelasi antara kualitas jasa pendidikan dengan kepuasan mahasiswa memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,724. Persamaan regresi dari kedua variabel ini yaitu Y = 10.175 + 0.820X, hal ini berarti setiap perubahan satu unit pada kualitas jasa pendidikan akan memberikan perubahan kepada kepuasan mahasiswa sebesar 0.820. Hasil uji signifikasi dengan uji-t yaitu (10.350) > 1,984) artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dan Y,selanjutnya hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukan bahwa derajat keterhubungan antara kualitas jasa pendidikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa berpengaruh sebesar 52,5 % sedangkan sisanya sebesar 47,5 % dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kualitas jasa pendidikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia.;---This study entitled "Effect of Service Quality Education Student Satisfaction at the University education of Indonesia". The problem that I have found in this study is the student satisfaction regarding the quality of education services at the University education of Indonesia. In general, this study aims to determine the effect of the quality of educational services to the student satisfaction at the University education of Indonesia. The method used is descriptive with quantitative approach. Techniques of data collection using questionnaires, namely via online by using google form and a questionnaire to the respondent directly spread through print out the questionnaire, the number of questionnaires that are spread as much as 99. The result of the calculation Weight Mean Score (WMS), showed that the quality of educational services included in the category with a score of 3.69 and the high student satisfaction with a score of 3.66, including the high category. Analysis of the correlation between the quality of educational services to the student satisfaction has a strong relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.724. The regression equation of these two variables, namely Y = 10 175 + 0.820X, this means every one-unit change in the quality of education services will provide updates to the satisfaction of the students of 0820. The results of significance test using t-test, namely t_hitung (10,350)> t_tabel (1.984) means that there is a significant relationship between the variables X and Y, then the coefficient of determination test results showed that the degree of connectedness between the quality of educational services to the student satisfaction affects 52.5% while the remaining 47.5% influenced by other factors not examined. It is concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between the quality of educational services to the student satisfaction at the University education of Indonesia.
