Abstract
Di era globalisasi yang serba modern saat ini, penggunaan sistem berbasis internet menjadi suatu kebiasaan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan akan informasi yang cepat dan efisien. Melalui sistem informasi berbasis website blog yang dimiliki oleh grup musik Chakraborty (chakraborty78jazzband.blogspot.com), penelitian dilakukan terhadap 100 orang responden yang telah mengakses langsung website tersebut. Penilaian responden terhadap kualitas informasi yang ada pada website chakraborty78jazzband.blogspot.com menjadi indikator dari tinggi atau rendahnya tingkat kepuasan pengguna (end user). Hasil penelitian berdasarkan pengolahan data dari 100 orang responden menunjukan bahwa kualitas informasi yang tersaji dalam websitechakraborty78jazzband.blogspot.com tergolong cukup berkualitas, hal ini terlihat dari tingkat kepuasan pengguna yang berada di kategori cukup puas. Dalam penelitian ini juga diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kualitas informasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna/pengunjung.;--- Inside this globalisation era, it has became common to apply internet based system to fulfil needs of getting information in a fast and efficient way. The research is conducted through 100 respondents that have accessed the blog website of Chakraborty music group (chakraborty78jazzband.blogspot.com). The respondents assessment of information quality contained by the website thus become the indicator of end user satisfactory level. The results on the processing data of 100 respondents showed the quality in information who was presented in the website chakraborty78jazzband.blogspot.com is have enough quality, that seen from the level of users satisfaction who are show in the category quite satisfied. In this study we concluded the quality of information can be affects about the user satisfaction / visitors.
